L'emplacement est super. Les parties communes de l'immeuble méritent un peu de travaux de rénovation mais la chambre était très correcte, j'étais cour donc au calme.

The layout of the place - it’s like a maze
Go all the up the stairs on my first day just to see the maid not finished my room even though I arrived nearly an hour after check in so loved that lads thanks for the extra few steps.
The shower door was about to fall off had to basically shower with the door open and the if your getting changed the building outside has a full view so I had to be careful not to moon the people across the way.
The place is so run down the pictures don’t show the huge amount of shite on the floors ceilings and shower.
Fan didn’t work even though it was 30 degrees out for £100 per night I expected so much better but I suppose my hopes weren’t high once I saw the goblin who greeted me (Hi if you’re seeing this).
Location, plenty of power points, balcony. Lift out of order but they carried out bags up for us which was nice

It gets very hot in the rooms but they do have fans.
it's close to paddington station. so you can go anywhere you want in london with a 5 minute walk basically. it's close to central london too, and an ebike parking spot there to rent bikes for the day. amazing spot. and also the view from the window was great.
everything was great, except that the elevator was out of service and my room was on the 4th floor. they did however offer to bring our bags up which was really nice of them. and no ACs, but i figured almost no houses in the uk even have acs.

All of it, it was filthy, run down, and not maintained at all, I had to fiddle with the lock on my door to get it to lock.

Hotellissa ei ollut aamiaista, hotellin hissi oli rikki ja huone oli annettu 4.kerroksesta. Saatiin pyynnön jälkeen huone 2. kerroksesta, mutta tilanne ei paljon helpottanut, kun ensimmäiseen kerrokseen oli 1,5kerrosta käveltävänä. Etsin tarkoituksella hissillisen hotellin, koska minulla on selkäsairaus, ja portaiden kulkeminen on raskasta ja kivuliasta. Tämän vuoksi emme voineet käydä päivällä huoneessa lepäämässä, vaan lähdimme aamulla ja palasimme illalla. Liikunta- ja toimintakyky heikkeni loman aikana ja olen edelleen todella kipeä. Tämä jäi harmittamaan isosti.
Hotel Location for Paddington was my driver; it was an easy 5 minutes walk. Many local shops and restaurant options in close vicinity. Close to Paddington Basic and Little Venice, Nottinghill, Hyde park. Check in was friendly.
The room was west facing and hot due to setting sun. The windows were closed/didnt open ; the fan created too much noise ) and dust...it needed good clean. Otherwise room was simple and bed was comfortable. Shower room was small but spotlessly clean and good shower. Carpet a little dusty. TV , kettle, hairdryer.....Overall the room was fine and what I expected.
The Public areas and access to floors have definitely seen better days. The lift was out of order. (But expected that from reading other reviews) The floor and wall finishes on stairs are dirty and very tired....as you will be is you have to drag a 23kg case up the narrow stairs. The cleaning staff were cheerful.
All in all the condition of the public areas let the rooms down even compared to other similar standard hotels in London I have stayed at over the years.
