Pros:

Posizione davvero strategica in un bel quartiere dove si riesce a raggiungere facilmente la città vecchia a piedi. Colazione a mio avviso molto cara per quello che poi effettivamente offriva come varietà e qualità del cibo (no salmone affumicato per esempio che mi sarei aspettata a Stoccolma). Lavori di ristrutturazione in corso durante il ns soggiorno che cmq non hanno influenzato la qualità. Stanza spaziosa e pulita ma bisogna richiedere alla reception che ti venga rifatta la stanza, non la fanno di default e non ti avvisano al momento del check-in.

Cons:

colazione da migliorare. non c'è rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Stanza viene pulita solo previa richiesta e questo non ci era stato spiegato al momento del check-in

Trevlig personal, bra frukost, skön säng, tyst och lugnt på natten.

Cons:

Källarrummet jag sov i behöver få kärlek. Tavlan var sliten, stolen vinglig och märken av användning överallt. Lite omtänksam inredning vore fint. Gör det mysigt och trevligt. Det kändes sterilt och opersonligt.

Non sempre quello che paghi, hai senza reclamo
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, l'attitudine di una signore della reception che al nostro reclamo ha rimediato il problema che lo ha causato sua collega.

Cons:

La persona che lavorava nella reception, è ha fatto il nostro check-in ,anche se ho fatto la richiesta con 4 mesi di anticipo di avere tute le 3 camere più vicine possibile, e con la vista città, anche se erano camere disponibili sul lo stesso piano,una delle camere si trovava 2 piani sotto. Ma il vero problema, è che questa ultima camera, era situata al lo stesso livello con un terrazzo dove erano depositati materiali e le macerie della ditta che lavorare per la ristrutturazione del albergo. Lunedì mattina siamo svegliati dai rumori che li facevano gli operai.
La questione in causa si è risolta dopo il nostro reclamo quando ho fatto notare che per avere delle camere migliore ho pagato di più, e voglio le camere per quale ho pagato.
Per le pulizie delle parte comune cosa dire?
Tutta la domenica siamo passati dietro al bancone del bar dove si trovava una quantità di sporcizia considerevole.
4 stelle per un albergo, segnifica molto di più.
