Good time as much
Pros:

Fun hotel. Cool rock climbing wall

Cons:

Parking was interesting and quite a distance from the hotel. They do have valet parking but should maybe come with hotel.

Would definitely return when bowling in Reno
Pros:

Clean, quiet, with comfortable beds. We felt safe and secure. Bowling center within walking distance. Nice restaurant is attached with a varied menu.

Cons:

The tub was very slippery.

Good visit
Pros:

It was a great experience. The only thing was, I checked in online the day before with a room on the 14th floor only to get there and the room was given to someone else. I called and let them know it was going to be a late check in because our flight was coming in late. We ended up on the 11th floor which was fine but no communication was done to make me aware of the change until we showed up which was kind of frustrating. Other than that it was good.

Accommodating and clean!
Pros:

We lived that our dog was very welcome and he even got a little goodie bag. We also really enjoyed the restaurant attached to the hotel. Parking was also very easy to walk to.

Cons:

One of our keys didn't work and made the elevator difficult to use but other than that nothing.

The people there were great
Pros:

The personal aspect of dealing with the employees was great. The valet warned me of weather conditions I was unaware of. The reception area gave me great advice. The dining room waitresses were very attentive.

Pros:

Over night stay after chaperoning Prom

Our school had Prom at Whitney Peak and we decided to spend the night. Our event coordinator Carlie was amazing and our room for the night very comfortable.

Great service from the Host Hotel
Pros:

The Whitney Peak Hotel in Reno was the place to be when I attended a good friend's daughter's wedding. The hotel front desk was particularly helpful during my stay. The hotel is a non-gambling hotel -- exactly what I wanted.

10 out of 10, I will stay here again!
Pros:

For my first time staying in Reno the Whitney Peak Hotel was absolutely the best choice I made. The hotel may not look like much from the outside, however, the inside is beyond amazing! I was even upgraded to a suite free of charge. I originally booked my hotel stay for business, but knowing how hospitable the staff were I most definitely will be back. Thank you so much!
