Centrale ligging. Zeer fijne ontvangst aan onthaal. Kamer behoorlijk ruim. Alles netjes. Gevarieerd ontbijt. Rustig buitenterras bij de lobby.

Mooi verblijf met een uitstekende ligging.
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, over alle shiften heen was iedereen vriendelijk en zeer gedienstig. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. Er was een ruime keuze en van alles was voldoende.

Cons:

Passerende auto's of babbelende wandelaars hoor je heel goed in de hotelkamer. Akoestisch is het niet zo goed geïsoleerd.

La réussite d’un séjour dépend surtout de la compétence de celles et ceux qui nous reçoivent.
Pros:

L’emplacement d’un hôtel dans une ville est essentiel dans la réussite d’un voyage. Et celui-ci ne déroge pas à la règle. Très facile d’accès à pied depuis la gare, sa situation dans la ville est parfaite. Il est une excellente base de départ pour découvrir les richesses de la ville. Et tout va de pair avec. La gentillesse du personnel et sa disponibilité, le petit déjeuner qui fait que la journée sera bonne et toutes les petites intentions dans la chambre font que cet établissement donne l’envie de prolonger son séjour.

Cons:

Peut-être une faiblesse dans l'insonorité des chambres et autres détails mais c’est anecdotique le manque d’une chaîne française sur le téléviseur. Mais c’est vraiment pour marquer quelque chose….

Sfeervol hotel dichtbij het centrum. Prima ontbijt met verse wafels en bubbels! Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Koffie/thee voorziening op de kamer

Cons:

Het gedeelte voor het ontbijt was bij drukke uren iets klein. ( bij mooi weer buitenterras)

Beetje een tegenvaller voor de prijs
Pros:

Het ontbijt was lekker. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Locatie in het centrum van Mechelen.

Cons:

We hebben beide heel slecht geslapen. We hadden een kamer met tussendeur naar een andere kamer. We hoorden de andere gasten thuiskomen, praten,...
De vaste airco/verwarming/ventilatie in de kamer werkte niet meer. Er stond een losse ventilator en muurverwarming om het op te lossen. Maar geen airco dus.
Het tweede setje douchehanddoek/kleine handdoek lag bovenaan in een kast waar we toevallig nooit gekeken hadden. Dit zagen we pas toen we de kamer een laatste keer checkte bij vertrek. We dachten maar 1 setje te hebben gekregen aangezien deze in de badkamer lagen.
Dit is de 4de keer dat we dit hotel genomen hadden. Dit is de eerste keer dat het tegenvalt. We hebben misschien pech gehad...
