Conforto e hospitalidade
Pros:

Hotel muito confortável, quarto e banheiro espaçosos, equipe de recepção extremamente gentil e prestativa.
Abriram o café da manhã 15 minutos antes para que pudéssemos sair cedo para aeroporto, disponibilizaram o apartamento assim que ele ficou pronto e guardaram nossas malas por dias enquanto conhecíamos outros lugares da Europa.
Gostaríamos de agradecer a todos mais uma vez.

The breakfast was good, the hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. It was located in a quiet area away from the city center, but thanks to the cheap Uber rides, you could reach anywhere in less than 10 minutes.

Cons:

It would be very good if they also provided slippers in the rooms.

La ubicación, cerca del metro para poder ir al centro fácilmente pero sin el engorro de estar en él (sobre todo cuando llevas coche).

Cons:

Él parking del hotel es muy estrecho para aparcar. Hay que maniobrar bastante.
