Very good well run hotter and restaurant
Pros:

The room was large clean and well appointed the view was over the railway station but as a one nighter not an issue and no noise. Out the front was a river frontage which was lovely. The staff were friendly helpful and the restaurant was superb

Localisation parfaite pour prendre le train (1mn de la gare à pied)

Cons:

Beaucoup trop juste pour un 4 etoiles: ressemble à un petit 3 étoiles.

Pros:

De kamer was netje en comfortabel

Cons:

We waren op een 10 daagse fietsvakantie en het mercure hotel was het enige (en ook het duurste ) waar we voor de fietsen moesten betallen

Le lieu la réception le repas pris sur le tard la chambre

Cons:

Nous avions commandé 1 petit déjeuner à 6h le matin et personne n'est venu. Nous avions 1 horaire spécial car notre vol de la veille avait été annulé)

Estacionamento de garagem bom . Mm

Cons:

Quarto muito pequeno. Limpeza pouco cuidada. Espaço para pendurar a roupa muito pequeno.
Duche com uma acessibilidade muito difícil, principalmente para sair.

Très bon choix pour un court séjour à Nantes
Pros:

Bien situé près de la gare et de la vieille ville. Possibilité de garer les vélos dans le parking souterrain. Les chambres sont relativement bien isolées des bruits extérieurs et calmes. Bonne literie. Très bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, du pain complet, des céréales sans sucre

Chambre un peu petite et faible isolation phonique vers le couloir

A great hotel, so close to the station, and nice walks in the area.
Pros:

Location was great, right beside the station. They don't have any bike storage so they allowed us to take the bikes up and leave them in the hallway near the room.

L'emplacement , la déco du RDC,

Cons:

Rapport qualité prix décevant par rapport à d'autres 4 étoiles à Nantes. Odeur dans la chambre de moisissure, et qualité des installations sdb ou peinture pas à la hauteur d'un 4☆. Par exemple même le sèche cheveux est un modèle low cost et en plus plein de traces de doigts gras.

Le petit déjeuner. A 8h30 et y a plus rien dans le buffet . Plus de crepe plus de pincake plus d’œuf brouillés .. et on a attendu rien n’a été remis pour nous ou pour ceux qui viennent d’arriver

Que tenía aire en las habitaciones y pegado a la estación de tren para ir al aeropuerto estaba limpio

Cons:

La ducha me cayó agua fría fue muy desagradable y luego no había manera de regular el agua caliente o la fría la sabana de abajo no era elástica y se deshacía toda la cama y quitaron el aire acondicionado por la noche con lo cual el edredón daba mucho calor.Deberian poner una sábana.
