В целом, сам отель оставил приятное впечатление в качестве места для размещения: условия проживания оказались вполне комфортными. Однако всё положительное мнение было полностью перечеркнуто ситуацией с незапланированным списанием денег и последующим затыком с их возвратом.

При расчете с меня ошибочно списали средства за услугу, которой я не пользовался (завтрак). Я сразу же обратился к администрации для урегулирования спора. Отель признал свою ошибку, но то, что произошло дальше, не поддается никакому логическому объяснению с точки зрения клиентского сервиса.

Для осуществления возврата мне предложили просто выслать полный номер моей банковской карты им на электронную почту! Это абсолютно неправильно и недопустимо. Отправка конфиденциальных финансовых данных по незащищенным каналам не дает клиенту совершенно никакой защиты. Для отеля такого уровня это грубейшее нарушение базовых правил безопасности.

Вместо того чтобы сделать стандартный и безопасный возврат через терминал, отель создал огромную проблему на пустом месте, и процесс возврата превратился в бюрократическую волокиту с привлечением службы поддержки. Очень жаль, но из-за такого небрежного отношения к финансам и безопасности клиентов я не могу рекомендовать этот отель.

Обязательно проверяйте свои чеки при выезде!

Пробую вернуть деньги через booking.com, но пока еще не получил возврата.
