Extremely poor quality and unsafe conditions
I am highly dissatisfied with my recent 3-day family stay at this property. Upon arrival, a strong odor of marijuana was noticeable in the lobby, which persisted throughout the hallways and rooms due to long-term residents smoking indoors.
The amenities were in unacceptable condition. The swimming pool remained dirty and unmaintained for the duration of our stay, making it unusable. Additionally, the air conditioning failed repeatedly in extreme heat, and management failed to offer a room change.
Safety was also a major concern. The bathtub had a crude, temporary patch that was easily felt while standing, creating a constant risk of cutting our feet. Finally, the advertised "included breakfast" consisted only of a muffin and coffee to go.
This is not a family-friendly hotel. I strongly advise against booking here.

Good location near airport and the price was good. Linens were all clean and nice looking. Hotel really needs remodeled.
Very old. The door wouldn't open or close correctly. Had a gap at the top you could see in the room at the top. The entire place smelled. The top had peeling paint and faucet didn't work correctly. Toilet didn't flush w/o opening the tank and manually raising the cord. Mattress and bed frame squeak when moving. Please remodel or remove from the choice hotel brand.
I paid to upgrade my room and was very disappointed. The tv didn’t work. The light fixtures were questionable as they were wobbly and felt like it could fall off the wall. The hair dryer was rusted and sounded like a loud engine. I asked every day for a replacement and was told one would be brought to my room. This never happened. There was no breakfast as advertised. When asked some muffins were brought out that clearly sat out for the next two days. Bathroom and room was not very clean. I would never stay here again.
The location was very convenient to get to the airport the next day to turn in my rental car with a full tank of gas.
Unfortunately there was NO HOT WATER during my stay. I understand things like that are out of the control of the hotel itself, but it was very disappointing not to have a warm shower after a long dusty day of working outdoors, and having to get on a plane for a long day of travel without the benefit of clean hair and body. The air conditioning unit was also VERY noisy. The electrical outlet by the sink, the one the hair dryer was plugged into, DID NOT WORK. It was actually a good thing I didn't end up needing to blow dry my (clean) hair.

It wasn’t far from my school.
The bathroom wasn’t really clean, there was cracks in shower walls and hair in the tub and towels. The bed was okay however the springs were causing dents in the bed. They advertised free breakfast but they’re was only two small muffins and hot juice
DO NOT STAY HERE! The room was disgusting and not fit to be occupied by anyone. The bed was broken, you sat down and you could feel the coils and the bed bent and sunk at the frame. Only one light worked and it flickered and the shade was broken and cracked. All the ceiling lights did not work and were missing all the casings that go around the light fixtures. The a/c sounded like a wounded, EXTREMELY loud freight train. The refrigerator did not work, and my daughter had meds that needed to stay cold. The smoke detector was ripped out of the wall and wires were hanging. The bathroom door was rotted at the bottom and had a hole in the door. There was black mold and bugs. There was probably more, but we did not stay to find out. We left immediately and asked for a refund. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and they would only refund the next 2 nights. Not the night of check in. They said it was too late to refund the first night. But it was uninhabitable! So I have a claim started with Wyndham for a refund for the first night.
