They are under renovations and it looked like I got a renovated room. The room was very nice, clean, smelled cleaned and very nicely updated.
I wouldn't say these are complaints but maybe things management should be aware of to make it better for future renters...the door to the room was not fitted right maybe and was hard to open and shut which made it loud. I am sure other could hear it and I felt bad everytime 🙈 The new flooring is very nice but was slippery with shoes on, almost like it was wet but it wasn't. Maybe putting a rug down for entering the room. Otherwise the room was perfect for my short stay for a concert that evening.
The location and the price.
There was a rotisserie chicken in the fridge. As well as leftover food from a restaurant. I don't know how long they had been there.
Absolutely Nothing. The property was hideous.
Everything was dirty
The pool was the only relaxing and part of the stay
There was good crumbs and pieces under the microwave from people before you can tell they don’t sweep or mop the floors in the rooms are disgusting and the whole parking lot needs to be redone if you don’t wanna bottom out or get a new tire
Staff is always nice.
We’ve stayed a couple of times and it’s a decent stay for a decent price. Only issues I have is that they don’t mop the floors. Our feet were black every time we have stayed beee and lots of other reviews say the same thing. Also we were put on another side this time and we hated that side so as long as we don’t get put on that side we will continue to book here. Ppl walked by our rooms all day and night and kids ran and screamed up and down by our rooms for hours. Otherwise we like it here
The price and the pool.
The staff. I was attacked by a dog. Someone else staying there. The owners were not paying attention. The girl that checked me in came out was talking to the owner she obviously knew, took off her shoe and then hit the dog in the face multiple times. Another person in their group came over and yelled at dog, then picked him up by the back and threw the dog down. My husband asked if the dog had shots and they said yes. The dog didn’t have any tags. Eventually they took the dog to their room. The owner who was completely altered ( not sure what he was on) apologized. The staff member was with him and I said to her you should Kent let your friend have is dog out like that, there are little kids around. Someone could get seriously hurt. She denied knowing the dog owner. This was untrue, if she didn’t know then and just saw this dog attack another person what would you walk straight up to the dog yell at dog and take your show off and hit the dog.
Next morning woke up to another staff member doing cleanup only to stop working so he could smoke at joint with two woman that drove up in a van. This place had drugs and not a great clientele.
The sheets were clean, the floor left your feet black.
The only thing is they ask for a $50 insurance deposit, and I've stayed there more than 5 times and they never refund that money. They tell me it will take 3 to 4 days, but nothing happens.
There was loud noise all night that kept waking us up. It came from either upstairs or the room beside us. It sounded as if someone was doing construction work from m8dn8gt to 4 am. Staff did not seem to care.
The rooms were very clean, except the floors. Really nice pools
Floors were not mopped in rooms, they were dirty.
