Excellent stay for business travel
Pros:

Great location, spacious room. Good vibes in the lobby from both the staff and other guests. Close to much of the downtown/SoMa action, offices, and conference spaces. Good shared spaces in the lobby and amenities are satisfactory.

Cons:

I know it's San Francisco, but little things like needing your room key to use the bathroom in the lobby is annoying when you're actually a guest, but understandable given the recent state of San Francisco.

Very well put together Hotel. Excellent focus on details.
Pros:

Very well put together. I particularly like the bed in the sheets super high-quality, which I really appreciate. Very clean.

Cons:

Personally, I feel it with hospitality and a good price for the room. There should be free water. Charging eight dollars for a bottle of water. I don’t think it’s very hospitable. The people at the coffee shop do not have the same good attitude as the Hotel staff.

Expensive boutique hotel with motel asthetic

The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. AC is pretty silent

Cons:

Boutique here i think refers only to the lack of services. No one to help with bags on arrival or bring them to the room. Room was dusty on my arrival. No room service. Asked for a wine opener that was supposed to come in 15 mins (!) and never came. Shouldn’t it be in the room maybe? You can hear the neighbors too.
The hotel aesthetic is questionable, LED TV screens everywhere in the lobby, total visual pollution besides being completely tasteless. In many ways felt like an expensive motel with questionable taste. It is, quite plainly, the soul of a highway motel dressed in a designer price tag.

Nice hotel for a night in the city
Pros:

The staff was super nice and the valet was very efficient. The design of the lobby was pretty and the coffee at the radiator cafe was great!
The bed was comfortable and we had a nice view!

Cons:

The water pressure was really low, I couldn’t wash my hair.
The carpet in the room could need replacing as it looked dirty. We didn’t feel comfortable walking on it without shoes.

Pros:

Very nice rooms, clean, comfortable beds.

Cons:

$42 each for a breakfast buffet. Many hotels offer that for free.
Lots of fees that add up quickly.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied du centre de SF. La chambre était grande et bien équipée, la literie est très confortable.
Nous avons apprécié les attestations de l'hôtel (gourdes que nous pouvons remplir tous les jours à la fontaine à eau, tickets pour le Cable Car). L'hôtel offre 20$ par jour à utiliser dans leur café ou bar, ce qui est très pratique pour le petit déjeuner.

Pros:

Posizione molto centrale, ti danno un buono da 20$ al giorno da spendere al bar per la colazione, per un drink o nel market interno. Purtroppo al bar già presto avevano finito tutte le opzioni.

Cons:

Fortunatamente abbiamo consegnato la macchina appena arrivati a San Francisco, altrimenti il parcheggio sarebbe stato più di 90$ al giorno.
