Classe mais décontracté !
Pros:

L'aspect kinder friendly, sans contrainte pour les petits enfants. L'accès direct à la plage depuis le SPA. La gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Pensez à ajouter des cintres dans l'armoire.

Schönes Hotel mit schlechter PreisLeistung für die Zimmer
Pros:

Der Service ist excellent und das Personal zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Das Gebäude das Restaurant und der Spa Bereich sind traumhaft und 2026 frisch renoviert. Die Sitzgelegenheit dort extrem komfortabel und das Mobiliar qualitativ hochwertig und esthetisch.

Cons:

Für den hohen Preis erwartet man keine sehr guten sondern excellente Zimmer. Leider war die Duschkabine nicht dicht und wurde trotz Hinweis nicht repariert. An einer Stelle fehlte Putz. Das Zimmer war leicht abgewohnt und es wurde nicht jeden Tag gesaugt. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass das Hotel direkt am Strand und die Hotelregelungen das Sandproblem nicht im Griff bekommen. Z.b. Teppiche, Fahrstuhl und Flure waren immer leicht versandet, da die Gäste vom Strand durch den Spa und Speisesaal laufen dürfen.

La ubicación, la limpieza, el spa, la atención del personal

Cons:

La habitación pequeña y con poco almacenamiento, el baño pequeño, y sobre todo la bañera muy alta y no tener opción de bañera y ducha en un Hotel de cinco estrellas. Considero que es más un cuatro estrellas alto que un cinco estrellas.

Estuvo todo perfecto, salvo el estacionamiento. A nuestra llegada al hotel nos dijeron cuenta con pocas plazas de parking y no tiene servicio de valet parking. Nos costó estacionar el coche

Absolument rien de significatif ou de rédhibitoire mais dans un souci d'amélioration permanente, quelques détails optimisables :
Opacité insuffisante (pas entièrement à 100%) de la fenêtre de la salle de bains -
Quelques (2 ou 3) tâches jaunâtres (ou rayures ? ou décolorations ?) sur le fond de la baignoire -
Mécanique eau chaude/eau froide imparfaite (difficile d'avoir 100% d'eau froide) -
