Receptia nu a fost atat de clara pentru mine ,deoarece am avut o conversatie dificila in limba engleza ,desi am folosit google translate! Unele solicitari au fost ignorate ,spre exemplu am spus ca nu exista pahare in camera si mi au raspuns sa spun la receptie, dar eu eram deja jos la receptie.Din punctul meu de vedere ,nu au avut amabilitatea la care ma asteptam asa cum am intalnit in alte hoteluri ,aici mi a fost greu sa comunic.

Wir werden nicht mehr im Hotel Anita übernachten
Pros:

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, aber: Eine Klimaanlage, die zunächst beim Einzug dringend benötigt wurde, konnte nur von der Rezeption aus eingestellt werden. Man sah am Gerät im Zimmer, dass sie nicht mehr in Ordnung war. Man stellte unsere Aussage in Frage, nahm sie nicht ernst und wir kamen uns durch diesen Umgang mit uns sehr dumm vor. Wir kennen diese Form des Service nicht. Nachts wollten wir sie herunter stellen, was mit der Fernbedienung nicht gelang. Wir wohnten in der 4. Etage und wollten nicht in der Nacht in der Rezeption im Erdgeschoss bitten, die Klimaanlage wieder abzustellen. Zumal wir keine Lust auf die Reaktion vom Abend zuvor hatten. Wir blieben nur diese eine Nacht und wir nahmen das Frieren schlaflos in Kauf. Beim Auszug erklärte man uns, wir hätten im Nebenhaus ein besseres Zimmer haben können, aber wir hätten dieses Zimmer ja gebucht. Die Buchung war bereits 11 Monate her, geschah online und es wäre hilfreich gewesen, von der Möglichkeit eines besseren Zimmers vor der Ankunft zu erfahren.

La propreté, le lit.

Cons:

Nous, 2 personnes avons passé 2 nuits dans une chambre avec un 3e lit d'appui qui prenait la place dans une chambre déjà petite. L'espace entre les lits et le mûr permettait just de passer. Difficile d'ouvrir les valises.

Cheap,clean but small and loud
Pros:

Cheap and clean. Close to the pier

Cons:

Shower is so small that half of the water lands on the floor instead of shower tub. But the worst thing that every now and then during the night someone was closing doors so loud that it was hard to sleep, I was waking up every 30 minutes because of that, not sure if it was staff or guests, but it was unpleasant

Super pobyt
Pros:

Bardzo dobry hotel. Idealny jeśli rano masz prom ale na dłuższy pobyt też byłby super. Dostaliśmy pokój z ogromnym tarasem. Bardzo czysto. Łóżko wygodne, cisza i spokój. Do portu 10 minut na piechote. Blisko do metra i przystanku autobusu X96 z lotniska. Bardzo miła obsługa. Mają dostępne śniadania ale nie korzystałam z racji wczesnego promu.
