One of the best, friendliest hotels in the Concord Mills area. The young lady who works the front desk in the late afternoons/early evenings was excellent in checking me in & explaining all the hotel info I needed. Great breakfast selection and very close to shops and restaurants.
Parking is a little tight around dinner since Texas Roadhouse employees & customers park in the hotel lot and walk through the bushes to the restaurant…saw that first hand every night. There was a red stain on the carpet next to the desk…probably kool aid, but it’s noticeable. The woman who checked me out Monday seemed a little bothered when I asked her to confirm what my bill was after the incidentals hold dropped off. Guess her list of everyone checking out was more important.

2nd time staying. Had room 501 right next to the freeway, no sleep for 4 nights. Hotel was full so could not change.
Nice llace, fair breakfast, nice staff but do get a room on the north side!!!

Clean, convenient
Breakfast started too late & air conditioning didn't work well. We couldn't use the bathroom sink because it got closed by our daughter, and there was no lever to open it so it just kept collecting water.
Location from the mall and various other stores and restaurants. Staff.
Room could have been a little cleaner (Stains on sofa).
Rooms were fine. Ice machine broken. Breakfast was a disappointment - no eggs. No microwave. Attendant sat in corner and looked at her phone. Staff dismissed my critique. This hotel has overstayed its Marriott listing
By far, staying at this hotel was one of my worst hotel experiences ever. We had 4 hotel rooms reserved for our team during a work trip. We all were checking in on diffferent days. I tried to confirm our check in days with front desk each night as I checkin in first and wanted to be sure the team checked in smoothly. The woman at front desk told me to come back next day to do that. She couldn't figure it out. I did confirm the rooms the next day, but upon 2 of my team members checking in...their reservations were incorrect at front desk - but they were correct on my Bonvoy app (odd).
In addition, of the 4 rooms we had reserved, 2 of the people were sent to rooms that already had people in the rooms! We were yelled at by front desk for continuing to ask for confirmation of our reservations. We were told we could not get towels (the front desk woman actually told one of us "they are in the dryer, come back later"). We serioulsy felt as if we were being punked during our entire stay.
We actually shorted our stay and midway through our trip found another hotel. We did not feel welcome here, nor did we feel safe.
Every thing about our experience (multiple individuals) was absolutely terrible. We discussed multiple times how Marriott allows this type of service.
We are still battling with the hotel to get refunded as we were charged all nights of our reservations. We absolutely agree to pay for the nights we were there, but don't think they should charge for nights we did not stay.
Do everything you can NOT to stay at this location. Pay extra, drive further, whatever it takes. You will regret staying here.
