Gute Lage und freundliches Personal
Pros:

- Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
- Das Zimmer war über den Aufzug gut zu erreichen und ging zum Hinterhof raus. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und
wurden, wenn gewollt, jeden Tag geputzt.
- Das kontinentale Frühstück war reichlich vorhanden.

Cons:

- Für eine Person mit Koffer in Ordnung, für 2 Reisende zu eng, da es auch keine weiteren Ablagemöglichkeiten gibt. Ich hatte eine Ablage für meinen Koffer und dann war kaum noch Platz im Raum.
- Das Bad könnte eine Auffrischung gebrauchen und auch mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten/Haken.
- Wie zu erwarten in UK war kaum Wasserdruck sowohl in der Dusche als auch am Waschbecken vorhanden.
- Das Zimmer, welches ich hatte war nicht wie auf dem Foto abgebildet, es war kleiner und ohne den Sessel und der Holzablage.

Una piacevole scoperta
Pros:

Posizione favorevole per raggiungere qualsiasi punto di interesse sia tramite tube che tramite bus. La colazione continentale è di buona qualità, mi ha soddisfatto molto più di altri alberghi italiani. Posizione tranquilla, ma come si gira l'angolo a pochi metri si trovano diversi punti di ristoro. La pulizia mi è sembrata ottima, venivano cambiati i teli ogni giorno.

Correcto pero muy mejorable
Pros:

Lo mejor del alojamiento es su buena ubicación. La habitación estaba muy limpia y el desayuno para ir incluido en el precio estaba bien, correcto. Hay paradas de autobús, cafeterias y restaurantes muy cerca. Se encuentra en una zona muy bonita y tranquila.

Cons:

La habitación individual es extremadamente pequeña. No hay practicamente espacio para abrir la maleta y colocar tus cosas. En el aseo no hay ningún espacio para dejar tus productos. Las paredes son muy finas y se escucha absolutamente todo. Fue un poco incomodo a la hora de dormir, se escuchaba todo lo que hablaban en las habitaciones de al lado y en el pasillo.

Das Fenster war nur wenig zu öffnen (4.Etage) und klapperte, auch in geschlossenem Zustand, wenn es windig war…

Great location
Pros:

The Phoenix Hotel is in a fantastic location, with three Tube stations just a short walk away. Kensington Gardens is nearby, and there are plenty of bars, cafés, and restaurants in the surrounding area.
The hotel itself is well run, welcoming, and offers a plentiful breakfast each morning. Our room was comfortable and spacious enough for our three-day stay.
The only downside was the noise from the floor above. We stayed on the third floor, and the creaking floorboards overhead were noticeable enough to wake us each morning. At times, it even sounded as though someone was walking around inside our room. I'm not sure whether this is an issue throughout the hotel or just in the section where we were staying.
Overall, I would happily stay at the Phoenix Hotel again, although I would request a room on a different floor next time.
