Zentrales Mittelklasse-Hotel in London
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, aber in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse. In kurzer Gehdistanz gibt es einige Restaurants, Läden und 2 Metrostationen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und genügend gross. Das Personal war zudem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück waren auch glutenfreie Esswaren vorhanden.

Cons:

Jetzt im Sommer wurde es im Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage sehr heiss. Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas beengt im Untergeschoss und es könnte beim Frühstück mehr Abwechslung angeboten werden.

Fijn hotel in prettige omgeving.
Pros:

Verbleef voor 3e keer in dit hotel en het was weer fijn. Ruime keus bij ontbijt!

Lovely place to stay.
Pros:

Room was very modern and the bed was super comfortable! The hotel was in a really nice location, about a 7-10 minute walk from two tube stations. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Overall, a very nice stay!

Pros:

Ein süßes Hotel in schöner Lage, sehr gepflegt. Fußläufig befindet sich eine belebte Geschäftsstraße mit Restaurants, Supermarkt und Souvenirläden.

Cons:

Im Sommer war es leider unerträglich heiß in den Zimmern, die sie keine Klimaanlage haben. Auch nachts kühlte es nicht ab.

Luckely I stayed for one night, if the stay was longer I would have looked for another place for sure
Pros:

Nothing comes to mind other than the staff being professional

Cons:

The place is not clean, there was a cigarette smell although it is not permitted to smoke within the hotel/room.

Cons:

The hotel did not have air conditioning in the rooms. On the 3rd floor it was too hot.

Good location and lovely staff.
Pros:

Very friendly staff and extremely clean. Very close to tube station.

Cons:

Bed was very small for a double and not very comfortable. Room was very warm despite the supplied fan. Took the cooked breakfast option and the sausages were very low budget.

Pros:

Hôtel au top !
La chambre était propre et confortable bien que petite. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
L'emplacement est incroyable (à deux pas de Kensignton Garden) et très bien desservi (métro + bus à quelques minutes).
Très bon petit déjeuner buffet sans oublier un personnel vraiment très sympathique.
L'hôtel propose une bagagerie ce qui est vraiment pratique.
Petit plus : la première chambre était prête à notre arrivée (bien avant l'heure indicative). La dame de la réception nous a appelé dans la chambre - une dizaine de minutes après notre installation -pour nous informer qu'ils avaient fait en sorte que la deuxième chambre soit également prête afin que l'on puisse se poser. Nous avons trouver ce geste vraiment adorable et prévenant.
