Everything was at a great location
The indoor pool was hot inside and the windows were open so the smoke from the smoking area was inside the building. My air conditioner was on high my entire trip, but the room never really got cold.
Location is great!
Our stay was very disappointing. The hotel advertises breakfast, but it’s very limited—mainly small muffins, juice, apples, fruit cups, and Goldfish crackers. They also have a designated breakfast area, but it wasn’t actually being used during our stay.
The key cards stopped working multiple times, which was frustrating. In one of our rooms, the cable wasn’t working at all. The hotel itself is very outdated. The showers were rusted, fixtures were worn, and parts of the room appeared to be falling apart.
The shower was another major issue. The water was freezing cold most of the time, wouldn’t stay hot, and the water pressure was extremely poor.
We specifically requested a non-smoking room, but there was still a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. To make matters worse, the bed sheets had cigarette burn marks.
Overall, this hotel is in desperate need of renovations and better maintenance. Based on our experience, it did not meet our expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again.

The pool area smelled atrocious, and the cafe was closed/inoperable. The included “breakfast” should not be listed as such; it consisted of pre-packaged chips and granola bars, and some fresh fruit and juice. There were some muffins available and home baked cookies in ziplock bags.

Only two jets on the Jacuzzi. Was working and found a bug in the bed

Wasn't in a safe area. Not clean. The door in the room did not lock. The toilet didnt flush and the staff wasn't that friendly.
The room was so clean, the staff was very polite and extremely helpful. We came in much later than anticipated and when I called I spoke to a delightful desk person who reassured me that our arrival time was fine. Our keys stopped working and they instantly fixed it for us. The vibe was adorable and retro details were great!
The water pressure in the shower was low and the toilet was also extremely slow and had us worried!

The floor was a mix of smoking and non smoking. It was very smelly. I smoke but only outdoors and it was bad. It was also a very bad weed smell.
Not much that was liked.
All of the ice machines where down, the vending machine only had 1 option, the room smelled so bad I had to get air freshener just to stay in the room, day staff acted like they didnt want to be there. The so called "breakfast" was a chose of an apple or a cookie and very disgusting orange juice. I would never stay at this hotel again. Was not happy at all. Would never recomend.
