Cost and staff did try to make things right

Cons:

The entire place smelled like weed, our first non smoking room smelled like smoke, and the tv didn't work. Our second room smelled better, had to get the TV fixed, also the second room didn't have a fridge or microwave. The phone didn't work in either room. This run down place was probably great 20-30 years ago. It was clean----ish and decent.

Cons:

We did not stay. I booked two nonsmoking rooms but upon checking in and going up to the rooms we discovered they were smoking rooms. I went back to the check-in desk to get non-smoking rooms and was told there were none left. We checked out then and did not stay. We were also not given a refund by booking.com. very poor service from booking.com and Howard Johnson.

Pros:

It’s was cheap and convenient

Cons:

The beds were as hard as a brick and the staff didn’t seem to care about there appearance or demeanor towards guests. A I don’t care kind of attitude.

Pros:

Didn’t eat breakfast and the location was excellent. Near restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

Didn’t have a microwave or fridge in room for my drinks or to heat something up. Everything else was great.

You get what you pay for! Literally
Cons:

Staff has no customer service, the hotel has a very old smell to it, pool cloudy not clean, gym has no machine that worked, non of the ice machine worked on the floors.

Decent stay at a good location
Pros:

Location was good and pool was pretty nice

Cons:

Staff wasn’t very friendly and the hot breakfast listed on the booking no longer is available also our first room had no air conditioning

Great value for your money perfect for families and great location.
Pros:

The location was great it was 10 minutes from the outlets and the bowling alley. the indoor pool was great perfect temperature for the summer.

Cons:

The advertised online that they had a continental breakfast where you could make your own waffles when I asked about it they said they only have pastries and coffee in the morning. But McDonald's was right across the parking lot from the hotel so that was convenient.
