The overall stay was good and I would recommend it to family and friends

Amazing stay and exceptional service!
Pros:

My family and I loved our stay! The room is spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is excellent — very convenient for both the Disney and Universal parks.

The biggest highlight was the amazing service, especially from Kyla, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She even continued to assist me after check-out, when I was already back in Brazil.

We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Awesome Service!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Residence Inn Orlando Lake Buena Vista. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to Disney parks, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. After long days at the parks, the pool area was a nice place to relax.

The staffs are friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, and check-in was quick and easy specially Kyla from the Reception! We would definitely stay here again. 🌺

Pros:

Staying at Residence Inn - Lake Buena Vista was wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.

One of the best parts of staying here was the location. It was close enough to Disney and other attractions to make traveling easy, but still quiet enough to relax at night. We also appreciated the free breakfast every morning and the clean common areas throughout the property.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. Between the friendly service (shout out to Kyla, thanks for accommodating us always!) great location, and comfortable accommodations, it made our Orlando vacation even more enjoyable.
