Fantastic.
Pros:

I like the supervisor's (Ameen) Blue Ocean Strategy approach. He was always at the breakfast to get feedbacks from everyone. The television was newly upgraded making it deversed to watch regardless of which part of the world one is from.

Cons:

The ladies that checked us in were rude and there was no earlier notice of any deposit.

Exceptional Service from Guest Experience
Pros:

Excellent service from the gentleman working in Guest Experience. I needed something they didn’t have available at the moment, and he went above and beyond to help me find it at another partner hotel. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, always smiling. The facilities were in perfect condition, cleanliness was 10/10, and the pool and wet areas were perfect. I highly recommend this place — 1000%!

Loved the 2 bedroom suite.

Cons:

The 2 Bedroom suite with kitchen was great except the bed in the master was incredibly hard. Hurt my lower back & hips a lot.

Foi boa. Esperava o quarto melhor, está um pouco velho. Café bem bom.

Os móveis um pouco velhos. Carpete nota-se que não está sendo bem limpo.
A banheira intupiu. Sorte que peguei um quarto com dois banheiros.

Deu tudo certo. Porém, eu esperava que o quarto estivesse melhor.

Manutenção fraca do quarto. Moveis da cozinha velhos. Ventilação do apartamento é pouca, pois a janela abree apenas uma pequena fresta. Banheira entupiu. Panelas bem velhas.
troca de toalhas a cada 2 dias. não fazem limpeza nem arrumação.
