Cons:

Uno va a un hotel a descansar, ese es el fin principal de un alojamiento. Pero cuando en tu habitación, el colchón es de una calidad ínfima ( por el tiempo que tenga o por el motivo que sea) la calidad del descanso es pésima. Si buscas un hotel con un mínimo de condiciones, lo menos que se le puede exigir es que cuenten con materiales de calidad en las habitaciones. Si apuestan por colchones que no tienen ese mínimo de calidad la experiencia de descanso es desastrosa y eso, por muy bien que esté todo lo demás, hace que la percepción sea mala

Do not stay here for your safety
Pros:

The experience was horrible. My sister left her luggage with the bellman while going to breakfast at the Hotel restaurant before checking out. When we came back one oh her bags was missing and nobody knew anything , saw nothing. What a coincidence the missing bag was a Louis Vuitton. The rest of the bags were untouched. When confronted they claimed someone walked in and walked out with the bag unquestioned by them. Too many coincidences make things smell bad. DO NOT STAY WHERE YOUR BELONGINGS ARE NOT SAFE.

Your property is not safe at this hotel
Pros:

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. YOUR PROPERTY IS NOT SAFE AND THE HOTEL WILL NOT COMPENSATE YOU FOR YOUR LOSS. Before checking out, I gave my luggage to baggage handling for safekeeping while I had breakfast and when I went to retrieve it, one of the bags was “missing.” According to the hotel, their security camera showed an individual coming from outside and taking it! There were four pieces of luggage and only one was taken, a duffle bag. Meanwhile the response from the hotel staff was appalling: the man in charge of luggage shrugged his shoulders, the hotel manager told me “these things happen”! To this day, nearly 4 weeks later the hotel has yet to compensate me for my loss. They keep giving me the runaround, even questioning whether indeed I was the owner of the bag, even though one of their employees confirmed I gave it to him, and presumably the security video should confirm it. Terrible, terrible experience.

Pros:

Die Lage. Die Grösse des Zimmers. Das Badezimmer.

Cons:

Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss waren zu hell um auszuschlafen und es war recht ringhörig. Da noch WM war, wurde auf den Kanälen kein Fussballspiel gezeigt.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect Madrid location!
The location is absolutely amazing, and the rooms are beautiful and very clean (though a bit on the smaller side).
We loved the complimentary voucher for an afternoon aperitif and drink at the hotel restaurant—a lovely touch! The staff was also incredibly helpful and assisted us in arranging a taxi to the airport.
Note: Just be aware that any food or drinks left in the room are part of the mini-bar and will be charged upon check-out.
Highly recommended!

מלון מצוין במיקום מנצח
Pros:

המיקום מצוין! קרוב למרכז העניינים ובה בעת שקט. החדרים גדולים ונוחים! המקלחת מצוינת! ניקו וסידרו מדי יום.

Cons:

ביקשו תוספת תשלום עבור יציאה מאוחרת של שעתיים...נראה לי קצת מיותר.
המזגן היה מעט רועש (ממש בקטנה) ולא ברור לתפעול.
