Adecuado, pero para mi proximo viaje a Austria buscare otro hotel con restrucciones que no lleguen

no tienen una politica de marketing adecuada de acuerdo a mi criterio. Por ejemplo , si se hace la reserva directamente con ellos el check out es a las 12 si se hace a traves de otra empresa, por ejemplo Bookings el check out es a las 11. Lo mismo ocurre con la botella de agua que dejan en la habitacion si la reserva se hace directamente con el hotel es un complemento del hotel hacia el cliente si se hace a traves de bookings hay que pagar por la botellita de aga. Me parece que eñ trato no es el de hotel de 4 estrellas. Desde luego nada que ver con los hoteles de 4 estrellas de España.

Pros:

L’albergo, ristrutturato, è molto ben servito da tram e metro.
Stanze curate (avevamo una comfort), non grandissime ma con tutto quello che serve.
Ottima la colazione, allietata da musica classica suonata dal vivo. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere la direttrice, una donna davvero disponibile e cordiale. Ottima la pulizia.

Cons:

La zona in cui sorge l’albergo sembra periferia non molto accogliente. Il collegamento col centro richiede 10 minuti di trasporto.
