Great stay in a clean, spacious, and comfortable boutique hotel
Pros:

This hotel was very clean and comfortable! My room was large and had a well appointed bathroom. There was even a bluetooth speaker in the room that you can easily connect to. I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed. You have to leave your key with reception every time you leave, which I though might be a bother, but it was honestly a relief knowing I didn't need to worry about losing it. Overall, it was a great stay!

Cons:

I didn't have time to try the breakfast buffet! It was a great stay, no notes!

Good option for Vienna.
Pros:

Good location. Friendly staff. Nice touches: motion sensitive nightlights under the bed; digital radio. Coffee maker and pods (great if you drink coffee… useless if you don’t!) I was able to get boiling water from reception though.
One usb socket on each side of the bed.

Cons:

Not listed, but still things I’ve come to expect: a fridge, a safe, a kettle, shampoo and conditioner. A phone to contact reception.
Shower room has no door, just a kind of string curtain for privacy. Lovely big bed but only given a single duvet. Sound insulation between rooms very poor. Conversations easily audible. Shower didn’t drain and flooded whole bathroom cubicle, and onto bedroom carpet. Judging by dried soap stain on the carpet, not the first time for Room 103. Overhead rain showerhead had no pressure at all and felt like only a few holes were letting water out. It’s either heating OR aircon and apparently from mid October, aircon is no longer an option. Opening the window to a main road and train track isn’t ideal.
One of the reasons for staying in a hotel not an apartment is that someone cleans up every day. I’d expect the basin to be cleaned and cups/spoons replaced with clean ones. This wasn’t always the case.

Schönes Hotel für eine Städtereise nach Wien.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Am WE sogar Livemusik beim Frühstück. Gute Verkehrsanbindung (Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel). Da unser Zimmer nach hinten lag (Parkblick) war es auch sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Badausstattung nur im Durchschnittsbereich.

Wirklich nettes Personal; ein Frühstücksbuffet bei dem keine Wünsche offen bleiben; schöne Zimmer, die trotz Lage an der großen Straße und direkt an einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle, ruhig sind (wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind).
Für sie Fahrt in die Innenstadt befindet sich direkt vor der Tür die Straßenbahnhaltestelle.

Cons:

Kein wirkliches Manko, wenn man sich zu helfen weiß, aber unser Kleiderschrank hatte keine Fächer, um Sachen reinzulegen, man konnte nur hängen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war super, es ist für jeden was dabei.
Die Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel.
Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, zwei Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind in der Nähe.

Das Personal hat sich immer um die Belange der Gäste gekümmert.

Pros:

Localizare bună față de zona turistică ( accesul facil la transportul in comun); mic dejun variat; curat. Proprietara a venit și s- interesat, când eram la micul dejun, cum este sejurul și daca mai avem nevoie de altceva. A vorbit cu fiecare turist aflat la micul dejun.

Splendid breakfast, Very small rooms
Pros:

We stayed for 4 days. I am a breakfast person, and for me, this was the highlight of Hotel Donauwalzer. There was a wide variety of food and the quality was superb—if you have a sweet tooth, you are in heaven (take a look at the pictures!).

The location is great, with a tram #44 stop right by the hotel that goes directly to Schottentor, a major transit hub where you can reach many attractions on foot. It is also very close to the Alser Straße subway station.

Cons:

Initially, we were given room #209, which is long and narrow (check the enclosed map and photos). It felt uncomfortable being in such an elongated, cell-like room, though the bathroom and shower were fine. I asked for a room change, and while the new room was very small (roughly 3x3 meters with a tight toilet area), it was much more bearable. Be sure to check room dimensions/layouts before booking!
