Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel, werkelijk uitstekend ontbijt en service (aanvulling, afruimen etc.)
De kamer gelegen aan de achterkant was zeer rustig (geen geluiden verkeersdrukte).
Perfect vlakbij metro/tramhaltes, een zevendaags openbaar vervoerskaart kopen is sowieso aangewezen
(zo blij van dit gedaan te hebben) wanneer men enkele dagen in Wenen verblijft.
Feitelijk niets, wanneer ik toch iéts moet zeggen: de platte hoofdkussens, maar dat is eerder wat je gewend bent.
Wij zijn type Tempur gewend, deze 'drukken' niet door.

Colazione molto ricca completa di tutto. Settore dolci incredibile con diverse torte. Il sabato e domenica atmosfera resa incantevole da un duo, violino e pianoforte, che suonavano in maniera professionale pezzi classici e moderni. Davvero incredibile.

The room was very spacious. The breakfast also was excellent, a lot of food for everyone, plus the espresso coffee was above my expectations. The staff was very kind.

Das Frühstück war super, die Hotelbetreiberin grüßt die Gäste, wenn sie anwesend ist am Morgen und fragt nach der Meinung zum Hotelaufenthalt.
Die Zimmer sind auch ganz schön.
Direkte Anbindung an Straßenbahn und Bahn. Man ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Auch ein Spaziergang morgens entlang der Josefstädterstraße in die Stadt ist schön.
Bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum Verkehr zu hören.
Es war zu heiß im Zimmer, bei geöffneten Fenstern zu laut. Aber es gibt ja eine Klimaanlage.
