Location was great, hotel room in general was comfortable, bed was clean

Cons:

We didn’t like that we had to spend almost 30 minutes cleaning the air filter because the room wasn’t really getting cold and that was why. There wasn’t a bible in the room

Decent place breakfast could be a lot better.
Pros:

Your location was very close to my sister-in-law‘s house. Which made our visit very nice. We do enjoy the indoor pool.

Cons:

The breakfast can be a lot better. It is very cheap very simple. It’s too bad. An Indian family owns the hotel!!

Cons:

DIRTY water it was literally brown coming out of the faucet. Even after waiting five minutes the water was still yellow. Staff told me to run it 5 more minutes. The phone was also out of order.

The rooms looked nice from a distance, but smelled terrible as if they had been left, closed up and had been wet

Looked good but staff was hard to find. Only one person there arnd doing the job of Many

Cons:

Had a choice of two different rooms because they smelled so badly of mold and mildew. There were no other choices and had to leave so we did not stay and I had paid extra for free cancellation so I expect that that is the way it was handled. The gentleman there did not know how to do that and said that you people had to do it at Booking.com.
