Old carpets smells moldy and the air conditioning unit was very loud we couldn’t sleep for the first few days.

Carpet needs to be replaced
Manger was terrible - rude, inconsiderate and not helpful. Told me to contact Booking to figure my reservation out since it was moved 1 day later than originally scheduled (which was approved by Booking). Wouldn’t help me and ultimately, declined me from staying at hotel. Was told they couldn’t accommodate me and I didn’t have a place to stay. Terrible customer service. WILL NEVER STAY AT A HOLIDAY INN AGAIN.
Hmmm, what did I like? The lights worked
No hot water, (luke warm at best)! Minimal water pressure! Parking is the worst! The older gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude! Outlets to charge your phone in between beds didn't hold a plug so you can't use them! This was by far the worst place I have stayed at
