InTown Suites failed to provide a safe, sanitary, and habitable
Pros:

Nothing about the property. It is a transient property for homelessness

Cons:

I didn’t stay and requested a refund. Smelled like urine and men wandering around. Do smoking residue in the atmosphere. Poor air quality just from the vestibule.

Cons:

Packed cars, cigarettes buds everywhere. Needed to use the restroom while checking. Only 1 person checking people, there were 3 people in front of me. I had to wait almost 40 min for my turn at the counter for her to tell me they have no restrooms until you check in

Great studio apartment, not a hotel.
Pros:

Modern and clean studio apartment. Ideal for longer stays on a budget. I got the impression most people were living here long term 30+days. As long as you dont have hotel level expectations and understand its more of a self catering apartment, you won't be disappointed. Excellent transport links to the airport. Black Bear Diner 10 minute walk away!

Cons:

No cookware, no toaster, just a hob and microwave. bring your own!
