Felt like home away from home, all staff are brilliant.
Pros:

Staff exceptional, felt at home and looked after. Rooms a great size. Good breakfast selection, fresh food and drink. Roof is incredible.
I stayed first solo, then also part of a family of 5 with kids. Both stays were exceptional.

Cons:

Shower pressure could be stronger

Un bon établissement, il devrait revoir le comportement des agents pour gérer des situations pareils.

Super emplacement a deux pas de la bouche du métro vous êtes pratiquement a coté de tout, les chambres sont spacieuses avec une bonne isolation je recommande

Le dernière nuit n’ayant pas dormi tôt j’étais en retard pour le check out , un agent se présente a la chambre se qui est tout à fait normal, mais vraiment sans aucune flexibilité avec même un ton menaçant !!! J’ai proposé de payer un extra pour mon retard se qui m’a étais refusé.

Sauber, top Lage, Zimmer etwas hellhörig
Pros:

Lage ist top, direkt mit der Metro L3 vor der Haustüre. Zimmer war sauber, Bettwäsche wurde jedesmal bei der Zimmerreinigung gewechselt.

Cons:

Klimaanlage direkt gegenüber vom Bett und ist direkt in Richtung Bett ausgerichtet - wir fanden das etwas ungeeignet, um die Klimaanlage so die Nacht über eingeschalten zu lassen.
Unser Zimmer war Richtung Hof ausgerichtet und in der Nähe vom Aufzug - die anderen Gäste im Gang konnte man teilweise sehr gut hören, da die Zimmer hellhörig sind.
Ansonsten alles andere top!

Luego de la mala recepción y de tener que pagar gastos de impuestos qué según booking estaban considerados, fuimos atendidos por su gerente quien. Nos dio una suite y ofreció disculpas por lo ocurrido
