I asked for the invoice since I arrived to the hotel, they told me they were having issues with the system when I did my check-out but that they will send it during the day, 17 days have passed and they still haven’t provided the invoice, even though I have requested it several times.

Won’t stay at La Quinta again if I can help it.
Pros:

Not a lot. Breakfast was good with friendly staff

Cons:

I asked for a quiet room and they gave us one by the stairs on the ground floor. We heard noise into the night and slept awful

Pros:

Comfortable rooms, well equipped, very clean. Friendly staff. Great location for restaurants, shopping etc. Perfect base for a couple of days in Tucson.

Not a bad place to stay at all! Chose it bc it was farthest from the freeway edge, so quieter.
Pros:

Very accommodating and friendly staff at check in...asked for special placement in a room, and she perfectly placed me. Bed was comfortable, pillows generous in count and firmness types. Facilities, while not utilized on this trip, appeared well kept, modern and inviting.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Very basic offerings for fruit (banana, tiny apples, weird looking oranges) and the meat offering appeared and tasted more "steamed" into temperature, than "griddle cooked". And those fried eggs? Weird.

No hairdryer!!! And, the AC unit (room 119) very noisy and had to turn off.
