Cons:

Shower had conditioner and body was in shower but they were empty. I had to get out of shower and put hand soap on a wash cloth.

It was an okay hotel room itself. I can't say much for the rest of the hotel or staff.
Pros:

It wasnt too loud for a hotel, close to stores and restaurants.

Cons:

one of the staff members were nice, the others seemed to have an attitude like they didn't want to be there or didn't want to deal with people..
The staff didn't care about people smoking right at the entrance of the lobby or at the pool where kids were. Told them twice and was told it was okay for them to. Which if you call the hotel line, it tells you the policy is NO SMOKING in the pool area and you have to be 20ft away from the building to smoke. They seemed to be friends with the staff and got to do whatever they wanted.

Suite excelente para familia
Pros:

Nosotros viajamos en familia y reservamos una suite con cocina, nos encantó porque teníamos bastante espacio para una familia de 5 la recamara bastante espaciosa y la cocina tenia todo lo necesario para cocinar. Estamos realmente satisfechos con nuestra estancia y cuando volvamos sin duda reservaremos la misma suite.
