Bed was comfy . Allowed dogs
Chair at sitting table was filthy.
Needed my trash and towels changed everyday and they did not but it's was good otherwise!
I also wish the pool had a little more of an adult part to it not just for kids.

Almost a 25 min drive from the local airport with an Uber. An 8 min drive to my Place of Interest with an Uber, which was ideal. Friendly approachable staff. The coffee machine in the lobby is available at all times. Great options at breakfast. Spacious bedroom. Extra large bed with switches nearby. Coffee machine in bedroom. Iron and ironing board in bedroom. Air-conditioning in bedroom. Fridge in bedroom. Miniature toiletries in the bathroom. Enough clean towels are available. Quite a few places to eat are within reach.
Smokers need to be further away from the main entrance at all times.
Felt safe with secure elevators and slept great! Hot breakfast was very tasty. Great view of the city from our room.
Na
Honestly this has to be one of the worst Best Westerns I’ve stayed in a long time. The room as are filthy- I literally slept with my clothes on. So not out anyone on the ground for fear of what’s living there. The bed sheets were stained and dirty. The ceilings - well don’t look up. We were on ground floor and outside out window was a guy tailgating with a ton of beers when we arrived at 9pm. The bathroom that deserves a post by itself. The shower kind of sloped down and had this weird white plastic on the floor and some strange chair contraption. The water didn’t drain from the sink but unless you want a strong sewage smell do not pull up the plug to let it out. I nearly commuted at that stage. Oh and when they take a shower next door it feels like they are right there with you and it’s the center of Niagara Falls. Never ever ever again. Worst hotel ever. Staff not particularly friendly either.
Clean, nice room, great breakfast
One staff member greeted everyone who came to get breakfast except us. Not surprised seeing as how we were the only African Americans.
The only thing I liked here was that the elevator required a key card to enter because that added another layer of security. The woman working the breakfast room was very friendly and interacted with all the guests.
This was one of our worst stays in a hotel. The room was a mess. The walls had drips of liquid down them, carpet was stained up, dingy marks all around the light switches, the comforter was stained up, nothing was clean. Our first night there, there were dogs barking all throughout the night. I took video of this. It kept me up off and on throughout the night. I told the front desk woman in the morning and she just brushed it off. The second night, the hotel room phone rang at midnight. It rang and rang and rang. When I would answer it, nobody was there and my kids were freaked out. The elevator was incredibly slow we ended up giving up on it and doing the stairs with our luggage. There was a vending machine on our level which was great except I selected to get my kids a Snapple, and out popped a diet Dr Pepper. The breakfast was not good. The biscuits were hard as a rock. Definitely not worth the money spent.
Hotel is old and looks like it.
