The beds were very comfortable

Cons:

Bowling needs to be removed from the site as there is no bowling. The pool at its deepest is 3 ft. There is a metal rod that is raised in the very shallow end that someone could get hurt on. The dresser in our room was not level, so all of the drawers slid out on their own constantly. The staff was unfriendly and seemed bothered by the fact that people were actually staying there.

Never stayed kicked out due to wanting to celebrate my grand child birthday no one was staying
Pros:

I booked a room as I always do for my children bday celebration so did one for my granddaughter they advised after I paid that you can’t have a party in the room so I was told we had to leave & im waiting on my refund of $173 plus the $150 deposit. I will never book through this site ever again & this was my first time doing so. I will just go to Hampton Inn they give you no problems at all this was HORRIBLE.

The booking site the hotel all of it was not a great experience people don’t have money to just give away & have to wait so long to get it back this is crazy I was told to leave without my money back Crazy

Pros:

Very clean, spacious. Windows opened!

Cons:

Hot tub was not hot at all. From desk lady talked way too much, I arrived really late at night. I just wanted my room card and to go to sleep not extra chatter sadly. She hyped up the breakfast but it was only mids.

I would not stay there again.

Good location . A lot of breakfast options. Staff was nice.

Cons:

The building looks nice on the outside but the inside is very run down. We were not told we had to request room maintenance. Over four days , our trash was never taken out, our room cleaned nor given fresh towels. Our small bottles of toiletries were not replaced the entire stay.

My go-to Hotel in Omaha.
Pros:

It is easily accessible from the airport. Friendly attentive staff throughout the hotel. Great breakfast variety. Hot drinks are available 24 hours a day and night. Central to where I needed to be every day with the Uber. Large bedroom with a large bed that gives a very comfortable night's rest.

Cons:

Nothing to not like.
