Okay but sub par
Pros:

The proximity to the fairgrounds was definitely a plus. That was the sole purpose of our stay. Upon arrival the place was clean and neat. The front desk staff presence was minimal. You had to ring the bell because he was emptying the garbage and cleaning the bathroom. He was very nice but with minimal conversation. There was no coffee, tea or water on arrival and we found out that the shuttle to the fairgrounds had been eliminated. That was a disappointment. The room was fairly clean but with stained ceilings and a refrigerator that smelled bad and was broken. We needed to put some meds and food in there. I went to the desk and no one was around. Finally he came out and I told him about the fridge. He said maintenance may not be available. I asked if a fridge could be moved from another room???? No. It was never addressed and we never did get a fridge. So, I got ice and used the little cooler we brought with us.

Cons:

The smell in the halls, the worn and stained ceiling, the broken fridge. And we went to the fitness center and found broken equipment and a smell of strong cat urine. The treadmill had been taken apart and the elliptical didn’t work. So much for a post dinner workout.

ok for a night stay only if passing through the city.
Pros:

Spacious room with queen beds, good working air conditioner. Bathroom has all necessary amenities.

Cons:

No microwave in the room as opposed to what was included in the package. Very sad and incomplete breakfast , juice and yogurt machines were out of order, bread and eggs once finished were not replenished and when asked for it they just provided 4 slices even though there was still a lot of time left for breakfast and several other families had to go hungry. Location is very hard to find.

Wouldnt recommend it
Pros:

I liked how close the hotel was to where I was going I also liked my room being on the first floor and the size of the room

Cons:

I didnt like how I was treated when I first arrived. The receptionist gave me attitude for no reason and didnt look like she wanted to help us check in and gave me an attitude because I didnt know I had to give her the deposit. I also didnt like how she just waved my license towards my friend when I was standing right there she was very disrespectful.

Deceived and not happy
Pros:

Location is great. Staff is super friendly.

Cons:

1. I payed through booking. The hotel charged me as well so double the charges and still arguing with them.

2. Room pictures on booking site are wrong. The pictures show a small kitchenette or a small microwave station. Nothing but a mini fridge.

3. Beds need replacement. Felt like trying to sleep on coil springs. Along with body outline dents from people.

4. ALL Toilets on floor were not working in the morning.

I wouldn't stay again unless something majorly changes. Its deceiving on how nice it looks, but its like putting a bandaid on a sink hole.

Pros:

The property was conveniently located to the Amphitheater. We were able to walk to and from and didn’t have to worry about parking.

Cons:

I stood at the front desk for a few minutes before the lady working it even acknowledged me. She wasn’t very friendly. I booked a king room but was put in a room with 2 queens.

Terrible stay would not be recomending to anyone
Cons:

The staff were completely unprofessional and not helpful I booked through booking.com paid in full and the hotel property said they had no booking under my name and they checked me in under the wrong name. With the mishap of the booking they were not helpful instead they asked me pack our stuff from our room and leave the property. When we got to the room the sheets were filthy so we asked for a change of sheets, after they changed them we seen blood stains on the new replaced sheet. The women working the front desk was also extremely rude when I was trying to figure out the situation. The general manager did not offer any suggestions and was just so quick to get us out of there. I have lost out on almost 500 dollars on the room and also had a 5 hour drive home because no rooms were available anywhere else. So if you want good service and professionalism I would stay away from this hotel also items were forgotten at the property and we recieved no call or anything so will take a loss on that as well
