Nada , una asquerosidad el olor en e cuarto y Pasillo horrible una peste a perro mojado, . Nada paresido a las fotos .. la picsina tenía insects, plastic,hojas . Horrible gaste mi dinero y lo perdí .. pague para dos noches y solo estuve una y me fui al dia siguiente de lo horrible que me sentía ahí .. eso es una peste Desde Que entras… para colmo un cuarto con aire dañado y me cambiaron , un desorden en el sistema horrible

The rooms pullout chair was filled with dirt an crumbs so i immediately checked out same day an some how I only gt half of my money back idk why I paid 169 an gt 85 dollars back an didnt even stay.

The room was disgusting. There were stains on everything. Both lamp shades were bent and dented. The couch had tears in material. You could feel holes under the carpet as you walked through the halls. Bags of trash sitting in hallway. I called booking.com and was treated rudely, told to handle it with the front desk and then hung up on. After all that I was still charged for the night.
El alojamiento no era totalmente lo que se veía en fotos. El lugar está deteriorado y los cuartos están en total abandono y con poca limpieza

During our stay the power in the room went out, and we were told that there was no maintenance man until the next day to check the breaker boxes, the hot water was out the first night into the next morning, we were not given any room service or clean towels. When I went down to ask, the clerk (which was a manager) told me that they didn’t expect such a large crowd for the wknd and they didnt have staff to accommodate the hotel guest. The trash in my room was not taken out, we had to purchase our own pillows at Walmart bc there were non on the bed. We also had to iron on the floor bc the ironing board was not usable. The pool was not in any condition to be use, and the entire hall smelled as though they were having a marijuana convention there.
There was no breakfast as stated the breakfast bar was close 1hour before it was suppose to
