Pros:

Nothing leaving

Cons:

Bed bug infested with black mold doors dont have proper locks.Stinks tiny.The owner is a crook and tried to charge me anyway.After we showed theclerck the bed bug infestation.place should be condimed and shut down by the health board

The upstairs rear fire exit is padlocked at night
Pros:

The sheets were actually clean. Reading the reviews and staying at similar motels, I had concerns that I would need to stop by a Walmart. But the sheets were almost new and the comforter was fine.

Cons:

They padlock the upstairs rear fire exit at night. That's a fire code violation.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was clean and staff was great!
Pros:

Live the historical side of it!! And it was quiet but still close to everything!!

Cons:

That was probably the most uncomfortable mattress lol, felt like a pool floaty. Rooms were small but we didn’t mind that as we spent most of our time out in town!

Pretty good location. Reasonable price comparatively.

Cons:

Cleanliness is... Questionable. Rooms and the hotel are in a pretty bad state. Had to ask for the towel. Lots of homeless in/around the property. Bad sound isolation. Found a hair in the bathroom and the bedroom.

Basic accommodation, but adequate if all you need is a bed and a shower.
Pros:

The location was good as it was only a 5 minute walk to the French Quarter.
Plenty of hot water in room, friendly and helpful staff, good security arrangements.

Cons:

Although the room was clean, the general maintenance was old and run down, air conditioner was very noisy, irritating gatherings of smokers with loud music in communal areas (ie. Balcony).

Horrible place to stay. More of a halfway house than a hotel.

The staff were nice. That’s all I have to say about this place

Cons:

The place did not match the price (non refundable) it demanded. The walls were dirty. Paint was peeling. The ceiling and mirrors had cracks! The bathroom was filthy with mold and random door pieces used to repair cracks. The bedding had burn holes and miscellaneous stains. The owner was also seen berating her staff in front of guests for posting helpful information about the festival happening in the city. I will NOT be returning!

Cons:

Everything. Old dusty, and was not not pleasant. Staff at night very racist and made us uncomfortable. Checked out in the middle of rhe night.

Glad we got a place on short notice, good thing we are used to camping out this was ROUGH

La ubicación estaba interesante y más que nada por el estacionamiento

Cons:

Tienen errores al reservar porque nos pusieron en una habitación más fea y terminaron por cambiarnos.
Sí nos pasaron una mejor habitación pero aún así tenía muchos detalles como las puertas no tenía percheros etcétera etcétera
