Needs refurbishing
Good location, close to the beach and several good restaurants. Excellent breakfast, staff were delightful and rooms spacious, decent sized swimming pool. Athens central only about fifteen minutes away by car. Just what we wanted.

Property was outdated
You can film management for owners are short changing the services. They’re trying to save money. Showers were disgusting soap dispensers won’t even working properly. Pillows were as hard as rock or too soft that it ends up flat
The foods were substandard waste of money
Our stay was good and comfortable. The hotel is located a 10-minute walk from the shopping street, 100 meters from the beach, and has a very nice pool. The beds were comfortable, and the family suite itself was very spacious, clean, and new, with 2 large bedrooms and a living area. The reception staff was friendly, and there is plenty of free street parking.
Breakfast could have been more diverse. Also, having to order eggs from the waitress and then waiting 10 minutes for them to arrive was a bit of a downside when wanting to finish eating and leave.

Suite familiale sympa, les chambres sont propres et sympas. En revanche, le lit pour le 5eme enfant est un canapé donc très inconfortable pour dormir. Espace piscine ok.
Si l'accueil est acceptable, le personnel n 'est franchement pas agréable. Petit déjeuner pas terrible. Le quartier n'est pas touristique, pas idéal pour une famille. Nous avons fait le choix d'aller sur plaka qui est à 20 min en taxi pour notre seconde soirée.
The location, our room, the breakfast, the professional staff especially Lena and her lovely helpers - always with a smile. They remembered how we liked our eggs too!! Reception people were always helpful and again always with a smile and greetings throughout the day and night. Same with the cleaning ladies. The cafe staff and the delicious coffee and meals.
Loved everything
Friendly staff and great location. Just few minutes from the beach and 10 mins walk from restaurants and shops.
The bathroom did not have enough space to organise our things. No hangers for the towels.
Some of the interior of the room needed some maintenance i.e. wall next to door was broken, shelf in bathroom was half broken.

Bagno era un buco e la finestra interna affacciava sulla fecale .Tavolo e sedie fuori balcone ormai da buttare. Camera 316 . Venduta a 186 Euro ! Una rapina .
Location is good, room was spacious
Locația e bună, micul dejun perfect, iar terasa de pe acoperiş e super.
Am avut probleme cu bedbugs - pleoşnițe. Unul dintre copii (camera 514) a fost muşcat violent şi a avut nevoie de tratament, iar inainte de a ne intra acasă am pus toate hainele in saci - a fost un adevărat chin cu igienizarea tuturor lucrurilor, dar am reuşit să nu îi aducem in dulapuri. Piscina e foarte mică, maxim 7 persoane pot intra in acelaşi timp, dar si 7 sunt multe. Camerele sunt micuțe, iar lifturile circulă greu.
