Very close to the beach and the pool was very good
The pillow was very soft
I can’t say enough good things about the Calmare Collection Hotel. We were a large family group that stayed here in both the villa and hotel and we all had an amazing time. The rooms and facilities are spacious, modern, clean and finished to a high specification. All the rooms face the pool and get sun all day. We loved the insect screens across the windows and doors and this meant we could take advantage of the Cycladic breezes without letting in the bugs. The rooms have under counter fridges and a kettle & sandwich toaster. Water and refreshments are available in the reception area.
This is a small, family run hotel and the owners are friendly, welcoming and helpful and really seemed to care that we’re having a good time. We felt they went above and beyond with their hospitality and this was very much appreciated, thank you, efharisto poli.
Mama Maria cooks a variety of traditional tasty Greek breakfast options and we loved seeing the vegetables being picked from their garden onsite to be used in the food prepared, another wonderful touch.
The hotel itself is situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts but it’s a 10 min walk to the beautiful sandy beach at Plaka, and a short drive to many restaurants and the main town, port and airport. Taxis are easy to book if you don’t have a car. Again, the hotel staff are very happy to help book tables, taxis and offer recommendations for places to go.
We would all highly recommend a stay at the Calmare Collection Hotel if you come to Naxos and I’m sure we’ll be back again in the future.

Room was spacious and clean, nice bar area for pre-dinner drinks, breakfast was good value for money if not lavish.
Can easily walk to local beaches and marina or take a cab into the downtown area in 10 mins for not much.
Very comfortable and close to the beach. Staff are very friendly. We left an iPad behind and the staff reached out right away and held onto it for a week.
