My wife and me were the first time in Mallorca and we were so lucky to choose probable the best location and the best hotel in this part of the island. Pure Salt Garonda is really amazing hotel. Location, pool, spa and service are outstanding! Breakfast is fabolous too. All rooms have sea view and they are modern designed and supported by great services. They make up our room even twice per day!
We had a chance to see other hotels and locations as well, but this one is really the best. Beutiful beach in front of the hotel, sea view from the pool on terrace, roof pool too. This hotel is located next to Baleari 9 bus station so you are in front of the hotel for less then 30 minuta from airport. And this transport costs 5 eur!
We will definitely reccomend this hotel to all our friends and relatives in Bosnia!

⭐ Terrible experience – I absolutely do NOT recommend Pure Salt Garonda
Unfortunately, our 5-night stay at Pure Salt Garonda was extremely disappointing. For a hotel at this level and price, the service and overall experience were simply unacceptable.
📞 Reception service is terrible. It is extremely difficult to get anyone to answer the phone, and when you need assistance, you feel like there is barely anyone available to help.
🍳 Breakfast was very disappointing. There was very little variety, and honestly, we expected much more from a hotel of this standard.
🧹 Room cleaning was absolutely unacceptable. During our entire 5-day stay, dirty towels were left on the floor and were not properly taken care of. It felt like the cleaner basically just made the bed and did very little else.
🥤 We also had Coke cans and leftover food sitting on our balcony, and nobody bothered to remove them during our entire stay. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel charging these prices.
💡 The lighting in the room is also terrible. There is only one main light and two small bedside lights. The room is poorly lit and not comfortable at all.
Overall, the biggest disappointment was the awful level of service. When you pay this much for a hotel, you expect cleanliness, professional service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, we experienced none of that.

There are much better hotels in Palma for the same money. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
Amazing location. Fabulous room. 403 Junior Superior Suite with Sea View. Very comfortable Super-king size beds. Two basins in a groovy bathroom with amazing shower. The food was very good in Salty and Pinto and Mixel restaurants. Snack menu v good…….Tomato and Pesto Salad and Burrata was delicious. Bernice Ham Croquettes was amazing. Prwan Gyoza are so tasty.

Everything was amazing .. the breakfast was absolutely top ! The room was clean and stuff was cleaning everyday, the location and the view from the balcony was 10/10 .. only positives!!🫶🏽🥰🥰
