Cons:

Mold on the wall and bad smell. Could not stay and had to leave the same day. Room and towels were dirty.

Pros:

O hotel em si era espetacular, assim como o respetivo staff.

Cons:

A localização não é a melhor, pelo menos para quem procura paz e tranquilidade. O ideal será ser fugir de Palma e ir para o Norte da ilha, onde o ambiente é só dúvida mais reservado e intimista.

Relaxing stay in a spotless hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Such a lovely hotel, staff were very friendly! The hotel was spotless and the spa was a bonus! I must say I especially loved the half board option of picking different restaurants. For me that is something I’ve never done in a hotel before and it was something I enjoyed. Location is perfect opposite the beach. I’ll definitely be back!

Wir haben haben uns sehr gefreut und wurden enttäuscht.

Die Lage.

Cons:

Bilder entsprechen nicht mehr den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer wurde leider auch nur unzureichend gereinigt (keine Waschbecken sauber gemacht, Mülleimer nicht geleert usw.). Keine 5-Sterne mehr.

Pros:

L’hôtel est très beau. Le rooftop est particulièrement appréciable. Bon petit déjeuner au restaurant et même en chambre. Room service efficace. Le spa est génial. Les massages sont vraiment maîtrisés. L’emplacement rien à dire on a tout fait à pied. C’était un séjour full détente

Cons:

Il manque un peu de transat à la piscine et le maître nageur n’enlève pas les serviettes qui reste toute la journée afin de libérer des places.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel zum wohlfühlen!
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut!
Spa Bereich und Pool Area sehr schön.
Zimmer sehr großzügig und viel Platz auf der Terrasse!
Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr nett und professionell.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist komplett Selbstbedienung und es findet ein mäßiger eher unpersönlicher Abräumservice statt.
Die Qualität der Speisen ist nicht besonders und kein 5 Sterne Standard !
