Perfect, perfect, perfect!!
Pros:

Amaizing hotel, very confortable and clean. Roomwas spacious and very comfortable with a huge terrace with sunbeds and palm trees in it.

Everything was amaizing.

Pros:

hervorragende Lage an der Playa de Palma, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, Frühstücksbuffet top
Preis-Leistung in unserem Fall sehr ok

Cons:

die Liegen am Hauptpool sind einfach zu wenig, kurz vor 10 Uhr stürmen die Gäste zu den Liegen, dann ist zwar alles besetzt, aber weit weniger belegt.

Nähe zum Strand, nettes Reinigungspersonal

Cons:

Zimmer hatte defekte Kaffeemaschine und Safe.
Der Pool hatte nur 50 Liegen, so dass man anstehen musste um eine zu bekommen. Man bekam Kissen für die Liegen, die allerdings Make up Flecken hatten. Um 10.03 waren alle belegt. Nervig!Fitnessraum ist klein und nicht klimatisiert. Ein Kabelzug war defekt. 4 Personen und keiner konnte sich mehr rühren.
Das Frühstück war untere Mittelmäßigkeit. Der Blick aufs Meer aber toll.

Pros:

Frühstück sehr ausgiebig und lecker. Zimmer und Anlage sehr sauber. Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Super Lage um ein bisschen Ruhe abzubekommen aber auch nur einen kurzen Fußweg vom Ballermann entfernt.

Cons:

Sehr wenig Liegen am Pool. Man ist leider gezwungen ab 10:00 am Pool zu sein um eine Liege zu bekommen da sofort alle Liegen mit Handtücher reserviert sind!

Very nice adult only hotel but not 5 star
Pros:

Location is excellent, right on the beach. Breakfast was a very comprehensive selection of good food.
All the staff were very attentive and could not do enough for you.

Cons:

The lack of sunbeds and the 10am race to get a prime sunbed. If you’re not there by then you’ve lost out and your day could be not what you expected.
The pool staff should remove towels after a certain length of non occupancy to let other guests use the facilities.

Das Hotel ist vom empfinden mehr Schein wie sein.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Betten und Zimmer waren gut. Frühstück sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Das Telefon im Zimmer ging nicht. Für Fragen musste immer die Rezeption aufgesucht werden. Die Glastüre der Dusche war so undicht das es im Bad einen überfluteten Boden gab. Toilettenpapier wurde nicht nachgelegt und an einem Tag fehlte ein großes Handtuch.
