Die Lage ist super, das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Betten und Zimmer waren gut. Frühstück sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.
Das Telefon im Zimmer ging nicht. Für Fragen musste immer die Rezeption aufgesucht werden. Die Glastüre der Dusche war so undicht das es im Bad einen überfluteten Boden gab. Toilettenpapier wurde nicht nachgelegt und an einem Tag fehlte ein großes Handtuch.

Hotellet lever på ingen måde op til de 5 stjerner. Morgenmaden er fra 7:30, men da vi på afrejsedagen står klar kl 7:30 for at nå at få noget at spise, er de ikke klar med bordene, så vi må ikke sidde ude og varm mad er heller ikke klar og vi bliver mødt af en sur medarbejder.

Rezeption ist sitzend und eine Dame wirkte auf mich augedetzt und nicht authentisch freundlich etc. Der Preis ist einerseits nachvollziehbar, gleichzeitig aber auch fehlt besseres Personal dazu, meiner Meinung nach. Viele sind sehr freundlich, aber die 1-2 Personen, welche den Job einfach machen, dass er gemacht ist, sind etwas schade für dieses Hotel und diesen Preis.
Fabulous hotel, great location, friendly staff, really nice breakfast. Beach was across the road. Short taxi ride into Palma. This was our second time to stay here, we will definitely be back.
Alles, het was perfect. Mooie ligging, schone mooie accommodatie. Fantastisch uitzicht over de zee vanaf de rooftop.
