Frühstück war,gut,dreimal Abendessen,einmal außergewöhnlich gut, International Restaurant

Cons:

Zweimal Abendessen war schlecht,Qualität schlecht,lange Wartezeit,einmal International,und dann Restaurant EG im Hsus,Rezeption zweimal mittelmßig,erst am Abreisetag war ein Profi an der Rezeption, der es drauf hatte für ein 5 Sterne Haus

* Excellent spa
* Friendly and helpful staff
* Delicious breakfast
* Well-equipped gym

Cons:

* The air conditioning in the rooms does not work. Even after changing rooms, the problem remained. This appears to be a recurring issue at the hotel, as many guests have reported that the rooms are excessively hot.

* The air conditioning in the gym is also not working.

* The rooms need better maintenance. The shower enclosure leaks water onto the bathroom floor during use. Also some doors inside of the room that does not close smoothly.

* Although the spa requires guests to wear swimwear, some guests use the sauna completely naked, and the hotel does nothing to enforce its own rules.

* In my opinion, this hotel does not meet five-star standards. Based on the facilities, maintenance, and overall experience, it is closer to a four-star hotel.

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Super ruhige und zentrale Lage 😊😊

Cons:

Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war leider sehr schlecht(aus Automaten) für ein 5 Sterne Hotel inakzeptabel ☹️… haben uns im Nachbarrestaurant Kaffee geholt! Die Liegen sind für soviel Gäste nicht ausreichend!!

Fantastic getaway, would highly recommend.
Pros:

Location was excellent right on the beach with shops and restaurants within meters.
Pool area was lovely with waiter service to the sun loungers.
Restaurant at hotel was fantastic with other restaurants in the area also 10/10.
Staff really accommodating and demonstrated excellent guest welfare.
