The to-order breakfast omelette was great, and the breakfast overall very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had several packages delivered to the hotel and they handled them safely and swiftly. I needed a screwdriver for something and they got me one immediately.

We had a wonderful experience. The gentleman at the front desk provided excellent customer service and even upgraded us to a better room, which we truly appreciated. He was welcoming, professional, and made us feel valued from the moment we arrived.
The community was beautiful, and the amenities were excellent as well. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we would gladly return.

The room had an old banana in the trash. And our room was not cleaned when we returned from Disneyland.
This is an exceptionally good hotel. Probably the best we've ever stayed in. It is in a perfect location on Harbor Boulevard, just walking distance from the Disney resort. We had a suite of rooms that were very reasonably priced, and very comfortable. There were floor to ceiling bay windows in the lounge room, and you could watch the nightly Disney firework display without leaving the hotel. There was a complimentary breakfast which was excellent, and a happy hour with two alcoholic drinks and snacks free. I could not fault this hotel, everything about it was great.
