It was okay
The bed is awful. Better communication would have been nice because they replaced the parking lot and there was notice when we checked in.
Very clean and updated. I appreciate the daily maid service returning. Breakfast was great.
The full size beds are way too small. The staff was just okay. The shuttle was terrible. Comes totally randomly. Very rude shuttle staff. They were working on the parking lot so we had to walk two hotels down to get picked up, but no one told us. Also, they pick you up then drive the opposite direction to pick up from another hotel before taking you to Disneyland. I highly encourage ES to invest in it's own shuttle and make it a better experience for your guests. We will likely not stay here again because of how bad it was.

The service is completely bad, the front desk ara people without any education nor respect for the customer. Do not go there, that place sucks.
The overall people´s attention and education is the owrst ever. They have the less educated people to attend tourist.
