Все было просто прекрасно! Мы остались очень довольны нашим пребыванием в отеле.

Отель имеет отличное расположение, благодаря которому было очень удобно добираться до всех интересных мест. Завтраки были разнообразными, вкусными и всегда свежими. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал: все сотрудники были невероятно дружелюбными, внимательными и всегда готовы помочь.

Особенно тронуло то, что в последний день нашего пребывания нам подарили небольшой подарок. Это был очень приятный и неожиданный жест, который оставил самые теплые впечатления.

Спасибо всей команде отеля за гостеприимство! Мы обязательно вернемся снова и с удовольствием будем рекомендовать этот отель другим.

Et av de beste hotellene vi noen gang har bodd på
Pros:

Vi har bodd på mange flotte hoteller rundt om i verden, men NIKO Seaside Resort Crete – MGallery er uten tvil blant de aller beste.

Fra vi ble hentet på flyplassen med hotellets premium transport til vi ble kjørt tilbake ti dager senere, var oppholdet en gjennomført førsteklasses opplevelse.

Ved ankomst ble vi tatt imot på en varm og profesjonell måte, og på rommet ventet en håndskrevet velkomsthilsen sammen med en flaske musserende vin på kjøl. Allerede da forsto vi at dette hotellet legger stolthet i de små detaljene.

Hotellet har en fantastisk beliggenhet midt i vakre Agios Nikolaos. Her bor du helt nede ved sjøen, med kort gangavstand til havnen, butikker og et stort utvalg autentiske greske restauranter. For oss er dette Kreta på sitt aller beste – sentralt, levende og samtidig avslappende.

Rommene er moderne, elegante og svært komfortable. Dusjen er fantastisk, med både rain shower og et vanntrykk som er blant det beste vi har opplevd på hotell. Klimaanlegget fungerte perfekt hele døgnet og holdt en behagelig temperatur, enten verandadøren var åpen eller lukket. Den lille terrassen med utsikt over havet og hovedgaten ble et naturlig sted å nyte morgenkaffen i solen eller et godt glass rosé etter en dag ved stranden eller bassenget.

Infinity-poolen på taket er spektakulær, og utsikten derfra er rett og slett magisk. Servicen ved bassenget er like imponerende som resten av hotellet. De ansatte er alltid oppmerksomme og serverer mat og drikke i løpet av få minutter.

Stranden ligger bare noen få meter fra hovedinngangen. Den består av rullestein, noe som passet oss perfekt. Vi foretrekker faktisk dette fremfor sand. Også her er servicen helt fantastisk. Hver parasoll har en egen serviceknapp, og få minutter etter et knappetrykk står en smilende medarbeider ved solsengen for å ta imot bestillingen. En utrolig gjennomført løsning som gjør strandopplevelsen ekstra komfortabel.

Frokosten er blant de beste vi noen gang har opplevd.

Cons:

Skal vi trekke frem én eneste ting som kan forbedres, må det være solsengene ved infinity-poolen. Hotellet er bare fire år gammelt, men flere av solsengene begynner å bli litt nedslitte og kunne med fordel vært skiftet ut. Det er faktisk det eneste vi klarer å sette fingeren på.

החדר היה מאוד חפה, המלון נקי צוות. הניקיון והחנייה מקסים ופנלופי מהקבלה מדהימה

ארוחת הבוקר ממש גרועה, לא היה מבחר, ממש עלוב הלחם לא היה טרי,הצוות בארוחת הבוקר ש וא אותו הצות בבר בברכה ממש לא שירתי. מעקמים את הפרצוף על כל דבר ונורא איטיים.שלא לדבר שלקחו לי את המגבות והספר והייתי מהמיטת שיזוף כי עשר דקות לא הייתי בבריכה!! הייתי צריכה לחפש את זה בכל המלון . זו פעם שלישית שלי באגיוס ניקולס והמלון היה מאכזב!!! לא לדבר על זה שהwifi עובד רק בחדר ובקושי זז. בברכה נאלצתי להשתמש בחבילה שלי.. לקחתי סוויטה עם בריכה. הבעיה הייתה קטנה ומלוכלכת
ובארון אין מקום לבגדים.
