מלון מצוין עם שירות מעולה ותשומת לב לפרטים הקטנים, חדרים נעימים, ארוחת בוקר טובה (לא מעבר למצופה, אבל טובה), נוף מושלם ושלווה מרגיעה. השתדלו מאד להעניק שירות אדיב, מנומס וחוויה נעימה. מקום מעולה בעיקר לאנשים שמחפשים שקט ונוף פסטורלי.
למרות כל הניסיונות לתת שירות מעולה, היו דברים קטנים שהפריעו לנו: אין מספיק מיטות בבריכה הראשית, כשהיינו היו רוחות עזות - השמשיות לא מקובעות ואחת עפה עלינו (אורחים אחרים מיהרו לעזור, לא היה איש צוות בסביבה), פאשלה שלא מתאימה למלון חמישה כוכבים: ביקשנו כפית לערבב את הקפה בארוחת הבוקר, קיבלנו כף בטענה שנגמרו הכפיות הנקיות… קטן, זניח, אבל הפרטים הקטנים עושים הבדל.
An exceptional adults-only hotel! High-end quality, outstanding service, and a fantastic location. The breakfast was superb. We will definitely be back!
L’hotel est idéalement situé pour aller dans le centre ville à pieds. La chambre est spacieuse, moderne et très propre. Le personnel est agréable, l’accueil est à la hauteur.
Il est indiqué qu’il y a un parking mais c’est mensonger. Vous pouvez avoir une place seulement si vous payez le service voiturier 20€/jour. Sinon vous devrez trouver une place dans les rues, ce qui est bien difficile car les voituriers de l’hotel et de l’hotel à côté sautent dessus pour les clients qui paient… c’est assez limite. Concernant la piscine, il faut se lever à 7h si vous voulez avoir une place. Les gens incivilisés déposent leur serviette à 7h30 et reviennent seulement à 11h après s’être prélassés au petit dej. Il est indiqué que la réservation est interdite mais le personnel ne fait rien.

Our stay at NIKO Seaside Resort was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We were fortunate to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a wonderful surprise and made our holiday even more special. A heartfelt thank you to Natasha, one of the hotel’s managers, who warmly welcomed us on arrival, personally introduced us to the hotel and our room, and also surprised us with a complimentary dinner. Her kindness and professionalism made us feel truly welcomed from the very beginning.
The excellent service continued throughout our stay. The reception team, the staff welcoming guests at the entrance, the restaurant team, and everyone we met were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere created by the whole team was warm and genuine.
The room was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, who were always smiling, so kind, and did a fantastic job every day.
The beach right in front of the hotel is beautiful and makes the location perfect for a relaxing holiday. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.
Thank you to Natasha and the entire NIKO Seaside Resort team for making our vacation so memorable. We will happily return and highly recommend this resort!
