Not much! We checked out early
TV not working. Kept cutting out. Out of control kids running in hallways. Mold in bathroom. Slow drain in bath sink. Paying additional for parking. No comfortable chairs in room.
top notch
Weekday breakfast hours were 6-9am which is unusually limited, but options were available if you were there shortly after 6. The hostess was attempting to keep the area clean.
Beds were comfortable and there were no noise disruptions during the evening.
Very short breakfast hours during vacation month. Food ( yogurts, milk options) was not refilled so those arriving later had very limited options. No whole milk available at all (not all kids will drink skim or 2% milk) By 8:00, they were out of a lot of items, leaving little for my teen to eat. Hostess said they were out. That should not happen. Fruit options (apples and oranges) did not look fresh. No bananas or cut melons.
Coffee/ tea not available after breakfast hours were over and not set out in evenings during check-in, even though website lists lobby coffee as an amenity. Evening check-in staff kindly offered and obtained hot water for tea. Checkout staff did not offer to provide coffee when I asked if coffee was available in late morning. No other guests around so he wasn’t too busy.
Room smelled strongly of deodorizer, presumably to try to cover pet smells. I had requested room without a recent pet stay due to allergies. The next morning I experienced irritated eyes with swelling. Room seemed generally clean but maintenance is needed for shower caulk. Not enough wash cloths for guests registered.
Overflowing garbage can near hotel entrance. There are many other options to stay in this area. I don’t see a reason to return to this property.
Enjoyed the stay and will stay again. The housekeeping staff were very courteous and the breakfast was great!
The facility was clean compared to last year, where there was crumbs in the bed.
The sink in the bathroom kept getting blocked. We had to wait after every use for the water to go down.
Clean, comfy beds, good breakfast.
The prices were high , since it’s a long weekend .
The fire alarm went off three times. Once at midnight. We were here two nights and had to put up with the fire alarm going off three times, for no reason. It was annoying let alone scaring our two children thinking they weren’t safe in the hotel.
The lady that did the breakfast was great.
The beds were comfortable.
THE POOL WAS FREEZING.
When we asked the staff about the temperature of the pool, they informed us it was 85 degrees. That was impossible!
We were charged $5.00 per day for parking. We were not informed we would be charged $5.00 per day for parking. We were never asked if we drove to the hotel or were even using the parking lot.
This experience will influence my future choices in hotels when traveling.
Considered staying at another hotel after reading reviews leading up to our one night stay. But we had no issues here. It was a nice clean quiet stay. We were in room 423 on a Thursday night and the room was clean and quiet. The reason I only gave 4 stars was because the refrigerator in the room was smaller than others, all our things didn’t fit in, they did not have the Fox channel on the tv, so we couldn’t watch the US-Turkey World Cup game, and the breakfast was lacking things like hard boiled eggs.
The toilet would also stick and keep running at times too. But, all and all, happy with our stay here. Better than what the reviews were saying…
Basic buffet, eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles
Coffee was only available from morning to early afternoon. Building needs a little sprucing up.
Staff friendly and helpful
The room was right by the elevator and could be heard whenever used. It is a hearing impaired room....
It’s what you expect when booking a hotel Fairfield
Pool was incredibly noisy and crowded - unusable. Check-in clerk was very grumpy.
Sehr großes Zimmer, Bad mit großer ebenerdiger Dusche. Sehr sauber.
Konnte nicht einfach ein Zimmer nehmen, mußte vorher online buchen.
