Hyatt Regency Morristown

Location was great! Stayed for a wedding

Notified hotel at 7:00pm about barking dog in room next door. Hotel clerk heard barking dog through the phone too. Offered sound machine as hotel was sold out. At 9:00pm dog still barking. Hotel offered new room, I packed belongs, moved to new room with all windows with broken blinds, went to front desk, moved to another room and this one had broken blinds too and then moved back to original room next to barking dog which woke me up the following morning. Hotel said they would reimburse points used (15,000) when I used (20,000) for my room so I lost 5,000 points. I will not be staying here again.

It's an absolutely perfect location in the heart of historic Morristown. The lobby is beautiful and the bar is nicely updated. The rooms are very clean.

This is the go to property in the area because of the location, quality of the amenities (bedding, bath, etc) and the high quality of the food. Add to that great service from the folks who work there, and there is no other choice in Morristown.

Great location and within walking distance of everything I needed, including a pharmacy. The front desk staff and The Market staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, well maintained, and exactly as expected. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay.
Overall, the service and experience were outstanding. The only drawback was the noise from room doors closing. The doors tend to slam loudly, and guests near my room were frequently coming and going throughout the night, which made the noise more noticeable. While this was more a result of guest behavior than hotel service, it did impact the overall quietness of the stay.
That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Love the location of the hotel and the staff has always been welcoming and very responsive. A great place to stay when visiting the area

Breakfast : frankly go somewhere else. Coffe in a carton cup, limited options and plastic wrapped fruits and quite lame section to seat.

During my currrent stay at Hyatt overall experience was excellent. The staff has been highly professional, courteous, and always willing to help with any request. From check-in to daily interactions, the service has been outstanding and genuinely welcoming.

The hotel is well-maintained, comfortable, and provides a relaxing atmosphere. Every team member I have encountered has gone above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
