Black hairs in the bathroom, bar closes early, gym closed earlier than advertised, parking very expensive., no Hyatt points as I booked through Booking.com

Overall clean modern hotel in a great location. Plenty of restaurant options within short walk.
Pros:

Clean, recently renovated. Quiet. 12 min safe clean walk to train station. Shout out to Danielle at front desk and Vicente at Cafe - both so kind and went above and beyond.

Cons:

Cafe food not great quality and $17.00 for an omelette. Hot beverages in plastic-lined paper cups.

Pleasant business trip
Pros:

Excellent hotel and close proximity to nice restaurants. The modern amenities of the hotel and multiple seating areas make this a comfortable stay for business.

Great Spot
Pros:

This was my second time staying here. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, and a great location in Morristown. Room was upgraded upon arrival as a nice surprise.

Great place to stay for attending MAYO events
Pros:

This is in a great location to stay for a night while attending an event at the MAYO Arts Center. It's also super close to some amazing restaurants. We had a large room that accommodated us nicely.

Cons:

Everywhere else in the room it was so quiet and you did not hear other guests. However, in the bathroom you could hear someone practicing drumming in the other room and it was super annoying. The noise proofing needs to extend to the bathrooms as well.

Cons:

The air conditioning in my room was extremely noisy and couldn’t be turned off, making it almost impossible to sleep well throughout my stay. This is the first time I’ve had an issue like this here, so I hope it was just an isolated problem.

Cons:

I didn't get the room type I booked. I was upgraded to a king room but it didnt really work well for my family. And I didn't have enough towels.
