Average, and did not meet my expectations for a Hyat product.

Room was not too clean, mirrors dirty, decorative carpet under bed dirty. No bathrobe, no extra towels, had to request these. Power went out over 30 minutes and could not reach anyone to verify if entire property or just my room. Had to ask a guest next door.

Restaurants and big companies offices just 10mn safe walk so it’s perfect. Nice restaurants in the street.

Rooms are very spacious and clean, with large TV

Breakfast : frankly go somewhere else. Coffe in a carton cup, limited options and plastic wrapped fruits and quite lame section to seat.

Highly Recommended – Excellent Stay

During my currrent stay at Hyatt overall experience was excellent. The staff has been highly professional, courteous, and always willing to help with any request. From check-in to daily interactions, the service has been outstanding and genuinely welcoming.

The hotel is well-maintained, comfortable, and provides a relaxing atmosphere. Every team member I have encountered has gone above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Visiting family
Pros:

This is a great location with everything in town very walkable. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. We had cocktails at the bar which was also very welcoming.
I know there is parking on site for an extra charge, we were able to ride share or walk wherever we needed to go.

Pros:

Great size room for 4 ladies. and very clean. Bartender was great along with great drinks. Would recommend staying there.

Awful stay ever!
Pros:

There was no shampoo and body wash in the bathroom and the bottles looked so dirty. It shows that the bathroom was never been cleaned properly. This is unacceptable and disgusting! Didn’t expect Hyatt to provide such an awful worse service despite being an explorist with them for many years.
