Location
I paid for a room in the business section, but I was given an old, dirty room on the ninth floor with broken lights, used milk in the tea bar, and no electrical outlets. I asked for help twice, but the staff were indifferent and inexperienced in customer service, and my request wasn't answered until 12 hours later. After a full day 24 hours of suffering, I finally asked to see the hotel manager to find solution.

سعر الليلة مرتفع جدا بالنسبة لغيره من الفنادق المجاورة بالإضافة إلى بوفيه الإفطار عادي جدا جدا لا يتوافق وامكانيات الفندق والسعر المرتفع
كما أني قمت بحجز غرفة بريميوم بالأدوار العلوية مطلة على البحر ووضعوني في الدور الثاني 😡
