Nothing
Staff had no motivation to help or resolve the problem. We were told to wait until next morning before they fix the bathroom issue ? So do I need to keep portable toilet with me?
Quiete location
Needs to be updated. Furniture old and dated kitchen poorly equipped Internet slow
Es war alles super. Einen großen Dank an Flavie an der Rezeption.
Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Leider war der Pool trotz heißer Temperaturen nach dem Labor Day geschlossen. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts...
Those who eat kosher can no longer come. Stop with the small boxes of cream cheese and butter and switch to a large jar that is not kosher.
Outdoor pool. Very helpful staff. Exceptional breakfast and great gym
Nothing
My CONFIRMED reservation was NOT honored. I drove 3 hours to get there and was turned away. I had to then drive 3 hours back home. Please look into this matter.
The staff was nonchalant about turning me away, and didn't care that I was 3 hours away from home. They told me there was absolutely no room they could give me.
Propreté Et service
Rien du tout
Staff was great and helpful
Nothing
Got in the room and it smelled like cat pee…hairs on the shower…stuff looks worn
Breakfast was good- better than average
Cleanliness, repairs needed
The family suites were great! Very clean. Breakfast was great!
The AC was a bit loud in the one room but still nothing bad.
I got to the hotel from a 5 hr travel, only to find they had re-rented my room. I had to find another hotel, for my stay.
You welcome dogs!
Nothing in particular. We were there only to sleep.
Outstanding assistance from Monica Brosius!
We has a problem with our first room - toilet wouldn't flush; shower drain very slow; ceiling was water stained and there was a 3-4" hole in the middle of the water stain. Monica transferred us to a very nice room for the next day of our stay. She was kind and cooperative.
My rating was a one (terrible) on the first room (218)- and five on the last room (213) after Monica Brosius moved us.
