Super friendly staff, clean,

Cons:

When we got into our room, I noticed our shower door was not clean. I call housekeeper and they sent some to clean , very sweet young lady.

Pros:

close to attraction center to use the hop on -hop off trolley

Cons:

arrived move in day for college students where several of the streets were closed off around hotel. Not knowing the city layout had some difficulty getting to hotel. Also it would be nice to have an extra luggage stand for extra suitcases in each room

I would stay again, but have slippers.
Pros:

Property nice. Great area. Many stores and things to do close by. Glad you don’t allow pets!

Cons:

I never wear shoes at home. I left my slippers in the car so I had to walk around the room in socks. Much to my surprise the ending result, my socks were filthy. My opinion: take the carpet out and/or clean it.

The parking, rooms & hall smelled after it was vacuumed meaning filters, bag etc is dirty & cross contamination.

Friendly service and good location.
Pros:

Friendly service. Property was in good location. Places to eat nearby. It was very hot that weekend and the had a pool to cool off and relax. It was small but nice.

Cons:

Bathroom appeared to have mold around the edges of the shower/tub and some of the towels were worn.
