La recepciónista muy atenta y muy maja.
Me perdía un poco encontrar la habitación pero lo aprendí no es muy complicado.
La ubicación es muy buena, las instalaciones muy amplias y el desayuno está genial.
Quizás el baño es un poco antiguo, pero por decir algo, ya que va acorde con el edificio.
La atención del personal sobre todo.
La ubicación en una zona muy cercana a todo.
El edificio, tiene mucho encanto.
La accesibilidad a las personas con movilidad reducida, está poco cuidada, hay escaleras de subida del parking, la mayoría habitaciones con bañera, para ir al baño hay otro escalón…. En fin detalles.
Al acoger congresos y otros eventos… las noches no son muy tranquilas que digamos.
El Hotel es precioso, las instalaciones que seguro no olvidarás, así como el trato del personal, tanto Kiko, como Moisés, como Manuel, nos han hecho sentir tan cómodos, y recordar porque elegimos el Hotel Monasterio para celebrar nuestra boda hace años.
