Pros:

Breakfast as usual at Var der Valk hotels was excellent. In happy hour time we had delicious oysters. And good wine.

Cons:

Booking.com did not advise about construction site and we had to upgrade our room. The hotel was very good about it but a pity Booking.com was not more clear and transparent

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 4 jours dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles et avons malgré tout passé de très bons moments. 😊
Nous souhaitons toutefois partager un petit point qui nous a déçus : notre chambre n’a pas été nettoyée pendant toute la durée du séjour. On nous a expliqué que cela était dû à un manque de personnel, notamment en raison du grand nombre de départs et de l’arrivée de nouveaux clients.
Nous avons également rencontré une mauvaise odeur persistante dans les WC. Après l’avoir signalée, seulement les WC ont été nettoyés une fois. L’odeur était alors moins forte, mais elle a malheureusement persisté.
Pour le savon, le papier toilette et les serviettes, nous avons pu nous servir nous-mêmes lorsqu’on en voyait dans le couloir.
Nous comprenons les difficultés liées au manque de personnel et nous avons tout de même apprécié notre séjour et passé de bons moments. 😊 Nous espérons simplement que ce point pourra être amélioré à l’avenir, car pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, nous nous attendions à un minimum d’entretien quotidien de la chambre.
Cela reste donc une expérience globalement agréable, avec simplement un service de chambre qui pourrait être amélioré.

allemaal goed,
qua kamer was de grootte goed maar de invulling van de kamer was sober, zo kwam het bij mij over. een klein bankje waar je net met ons tweeën op kon zitten, het kwam niet huiselijk over. Ook de minibar was niet gevuld, ik vind voor deze kamer prijzen dat je minibar gevuld moet zijn als extra. Dan zijn de mensen gelijk goed gestemd!.

Cons:

op de menu kaart stonden wat ons betreft te weinig mogelijkheden op, er ontbrak oa de sate die je wel bij anderen kunt krijgen.

Heerlijk verblijf in Noordwijk in Palace hotel

Ontbijt, fiets faciliteiten, ligging, aparte wc, parkeergarage.

Cons:

Kracht van douchestraal niet te regelen. Buiten schuld om was de tegemoetkoming (oordopjes) voor bouw overlast een aanfluiting. Al helemaal om dan nog extra te vragen voor een kamer met vooraanzicht. Gelukkig waren we door het prima weer de hele dag op pad.

Nicht ok. Wir als Gast wurden nicht ordentlich über die Baumassnahmen informiert

Das Frühstück war ok

Wir haben eine Übernachtung im Standardzimmer gebucht. Laut Hotel Information mit Blick auf eine Baustelle. Da wir diesmal nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten, schien uns das nicht so wichtig. Morgens um 6 Uhr wurde vor unserem Zimmer die Betonpumpe in Betrieb genommen und ein Bagger verlegte Abwasserrohre. Das Hotel hat uns nicht darüber informiert, dass die Baustelle morgens ab 6 Uhr in Betrieb genommen wird. Das Zimmer war etwas in die Tage gekommen: das Waschbecken war in der Mitte durchgebrochen (der Riss bestand schon sehr lange - Dreck), der Föhn mit Tesafilm zusammen geklebt. Das Hotel ist seiner Sorgfaltspflicht uns gegenüber nicht nachgekommen.
