I had an amazing experience, and a big reason was the exceptional service provided by Muhab at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a genuine smile, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude that immediately made me feel at home.

He was knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer every question I had while making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Great location. Clean room. Front Desk very helpful and professional.
Cleaning staff did not provide clean towels on day 2 as requested. Spoke to cleaning staff in the hall the morning we left for the day, and requested clean towels for our room (provided room number also). Returned later that night and room was not visited by cleaning staff. No new towels. Also, the front desk did not have any clean bath towels, but did try to provide a few hand towels. We were informed they were out of clean bath towels. Otherwise, a good stay.
Staff was very attentive and helpful. Clean rooms, food in restaurant was great.
Started off on the wrong foot at checkin, Had to wait until they got off the phone to start checking in guest again. She was rude and unprofessional during checkin. Asked about luggage carts, told me if they weren’t there, I could wait or go look for some, We had to make 3 trips to our room.
Our room was on the 2nd floor by a very noisy conference room, Not the relaxing evening we planned, so had to go down and bother the front desk clerk again to request another room. 3 more trips to the 3rd floor. Unpacked and ready to relax, grabbed the ice bucket and the ice machine is out of service.
TV has 2 internet apps but the wifi is so bad you cant watch those channels.
M club doesn’t have evening hours on weekends, seems to be a meeting place for morning staff.
The rooms are really nice, bed was very comfortable, we didn’t hear any noise and the AC worked great
I loved the modern look in the room. It was very clean. The staff were friendly and they made sure I was good.
My room didn’t have an ironing board and also the fact that the microwave isn’t in the room. I personally feel alll hotels need the microwave in the room. It’s an inconvenience to have to leave to warm up anything.
Breakfast required a voucher otherwise it was an additional $22
The breakfast was really good! The location was perfect! I loved that it was really close to the interstate! The hotel room was huge and clean!
