Pleasant stay on the Greenway River trail minutes south of downtown
Pros:

Great location on the Greenway River trail south of downtown. Room was spacious and bright. Staff were very engaging and happy to serve.

Cons:

Cigarette and marajuana joint butts on the outside edge of the balcony. Some weird intermittent noise in the ceiling probably from the AC system. Even hummed and gurgled with the system shut off.

Comfortable, idyllic location, mostly great staff
Pros:

It’s a beautiful property text to the river. We walked down almost every night to watch the boats.

Cons:

We were woken up the first night at 3am to a loud dog barking. We ended up deciding to just get up at 5 because we couldn’t sleep. The overnight lady was not helpful at all and frustrated me. Luckily, the tall lady who worked during the day made up for it and offered an apology and tried to remedy the situation. The rest of the nights were great! Oh, and also, someone got their car broken into on hotel lot. We parked there for 6 days and were fine but we took everything out. Shitty that has to be the case, but it is, do not leave anything in your car. It is not a protected lot.

Loved the recommendation by the hotel to go to a close by market- elephants. We a lot of meals there and used it for food pick-ups on hiking days.

Beautiful and comfy! Watch out for expensive self parking!

Big room, comfy bed, adequate plug ins usb ports in bedside tables, Accessible Shower!! Personally IMHO EVERY shower in Every hotel room should Always have grab bars for safety!! XL TV, an outdoor patio was a bonus! Comfortable sofa and 2 comfortable chairs!

Cons:

I’m an IHG member and while I booked thru Bookings and understand the stay not being able to qualify for my Hilton honors( thx to my spouse not knowing, ugh!)… but Still. Charging for WiFi and $3 bottles of water is just petty and wrong. Transparency in advertising… the hidden over charge for self parking and wi-fi, expensive overpriced Costco waters should be avoided… it’s a Huge turn off to travelers.

My pillow sheet was stained. Then my new comforter were stained as well. Andrew our maintenance man helped accommodate us as best as he could.

Great location for joggers!
Pros:

The location is great! Right next to the water and a great paved walkway that is easily accessible and well used by joggers. Parking is convenient. The room was clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was very limited and over priced. We checked in and the internet was down so I don't think they got my request from when I booked the room. We wanted a quiet room with a view. We had a little bit of a view but a higher floor would've been better. We were on the first floor directly under the workout room. We woke up at 6am Saturday to the sound of barbells being dropped on the floor above us. I had a great sleep until then. Don't book that room; #134 I think.

Accessing Wifi requires joining Hilton's loyalty program - really petty! A cost for nightly parking is not unusual but should be more transparent before booking (currently $35).

Perfect location of Oaks Skating Rink accessibility and awesome river walk
Pros:

Great location and awesome river trail. Staff was outstanding!

Cons:

Too many perks were actually tied to being a Hilton member, and the WiFi was not great for me personally. Even when connected wasn’t able to send or receive texts.

Cute hotel in quiet neighborhood
Pros:

Cute place in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were big enough. We got a room with a kitchenette and appreciated the extra space. The beds were comfortable and clean. We liked the views of the river and the walking path next to the hotel was great.

Cons:

It wasn’t super close to anything. It would’ve been nice to walk to a coffee shop instead of hotel coffee. If you want anything outside of what the hotel offers you need to drive.
