The room seemed dusty and after we got home being there raised my asthma so I had to use my nebulizer machine.

Wonderful trip. Beautiful hotel!
Pros:

We visited from San Diego and let me just say, this hotel is absolutely beautiful. The kids had the best time in the pool. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great as well. One of the staff members that stood out to me was Sanaa. She was so pleasant, welcoming, helpful and showed exemplary customer service skills. Your hotel is lucky to have an employee like Sanaa!

Pros:

The location was very good

Cons:

Just dirty as in: fake lashes found in bed. Bathroom drain didn’t work. Ants on window sills. The pool always had stuff in it.

Breakfast not included and wasn’t worth the price. Food wasn’t good.

Quality lodging for a fair price.
Pros:

Location was great! This was our first stay at this facility. When researching for a hotel, we look for 'oversized' rooms with some extra space. This met the criteria. I feel certain we will keep this hotel on our short list of places to stay.

Cons:

There was water on the carpet inside our room (#204), in front of the counter adjacent to the bathroom. We had to use a towel to 'sop' it up. No visible signs of the cause. I shared this with the reception desk when we checked out.
