We had booked our stay through Booking.com, but unfortunately our car broke down on the way from London, and we were unable to arrive as planned. It was a very stressful situation for our family.

Despite the circumstances being completely beyond the hotel's responsibility, the management showed exceptional kindness and generosity by offering us another night's stay free of charge. They didn't have to do this, but they chose to help us, and we are incredibly grateful.

Acts of genuine care and compassion like this are rare, and they made a difficult experience so much easier for our family. The level of customer service and hospitality we received was outstanding.

A huge thank you to the entire team for your understanding and kindness. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to staying with you soon

Nice Hotel
Pros:

Hotel staff friendly and room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The Hotel could do with a bit of tlc and updating in places - however this did not detract from our stay.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Es standen kostenlose und ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten l, vor dem Hotel, zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Sehr kleines Zimmer.
Alte und in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung.
Sehr langer Weg und Gänge zum Zimmer, mit viel Gepäck, über Treppe, störend.

Poor, not what we expected and probably wouldn't stay there again
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

The beds are clean but not comfortable. The room is dirty, the carpet was full of stains and not fit properly. Tv in room didn't work.

Convenient for quick stop over.
Pros:

Good location, near motorway.

Cons:

The room was boiling hot on arrival. I assume the sun had been directly on it. Fortunately there was a big window to open, rather than the type that has restricted opening. Duvet was heavy, so had to sleep with no sheet.
