The rooms were standard rooms, similar to a premier in or a holiday inn. Breakfast was fine, bed was comfortable. Bath in room was also nice to have.
When I arrived to check in there was rubbish, abandoned hoovers and piles of dirty towels in the hallways. Hotel staff were polite but not friendly, I paid £239 for this room for one night and it is way below the standard for the price. No lifts for bags, confusing layout, room cleanish but still the odd mark on the carpet or dusty bits at the corners. Wouldn’t have been a problem for a more reflective price, but to turn up when paying that amount to piles of bins and towels in the corridors was very offputting.

The room was very clean and well presented. The room and bathroom were both a great size.
The barman was very friendly and the rest of the staff were fine but seemed a bit confused by everything we said to them, even when ordering items from the menu. It gave quite an odd feeling.

It was great for our 2 night stay, comfortable and clean.

Staff and cleanliness very good. We marked down as the road noise and lights from the garage were an issue for us but then we do live in a dark skies area in the middle of a field! Note to self, ask for a room at the back in future bookings. We ate at the hotel in the evening and the meal was good, as was the service. Great location for this area of the Cotswolds.
