Food, room and location
Nothing
Good location as we participating in the Blenheim triathlon.
Noisy, there was an event going on in the banqueting room until midnight. We were given a room above so we were disturbed by banging music and shouting outside the room. The team also emptied glass recycling after midnight which was also added to disturbing us. As it was the weekend breakfast was from 7.30am which too late for us and many of the other guests as we needed to get to Blenheim. When I asked whether because the event, could it be available I was told, it was the weekend and they would sticking to the schedule. Also the hand soap container was completely empty in our bathroom and when we asked for an extra duvet because due to system mix up, our sons had to sleep in a double bed instead the twin I had booked, there was one available. So disappointed as we have stayed here twice before and never had any issues, this time it was dreadful.
good central location . spacious rooms a d comfortable bed . nice relaxing bar /lounge area .
