Cons:

When we arrived for check-in, we were asked to leave our luggage outside because our room was in a different building across the street. We then had to carry our luggage ourselves to the room, which was on the second floor. Although it was only the second floor, there was no elevator and the staircase was extremely narrow only one person could use it at a time.
There was no offer of assistance, and no one even guided us to the room.

To make matters worse, the room did not look like the photos shown on Booking.com. It felt much smaller and older than expected, and it was disappointing because the pictures gave a completely different impression. We booked based on those photos, so we expected the room to match what was advertised.

Pros:

Nous avons dormi dans les chambres à l'arrière. L'endroit était très agréable. Les chambres dans les toits et la petite cours ont tout de suite amené un esprit de vacances, alors qu'on était en plein centre de Bruxelles.
La petite place, juste à côté de l'hôtel, permet de boire un verre au soleil

Perfectly fine for a few nights
Pros:

Fairly basic rooms, but had everything you need. Nothing special, but fine for a few nights. Location isn't spectacular but well connected to metro and tram, so can't complain.

Cons:

Nothing really negative to say, other than the rooms felt a bit bare/basic. The reception area looks fancy, but the rooms don't have any wow factor. Can't comment on the breakfast as I booked room only.
