I would definitely stay here again if visiting Chicago
Pros:

Good location, walkable to most places you would want to visit like Millennium Park, river walk, Navy pier, Michigan Ave, and close to train station. Was clean and comfortable as well though room is small. Restaurant located on bottom floor as well saved us from having to go out during really bad air quality

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Excelente ubicación caminamos prácticamente todo el tiempo y las paradas del bus en la esquina super 👍. Nos pidieron especificar si necesitas la limpieza de la habitacion diariamente y así lo hicieron. El hotel cuenta con restaurante italiano las pizzas son una delicia. Super atentos todos los empelados, amables y siempre con excelente calidad de servicio.

Cons:

Las almohadas muy incómodas, la puerta del baño tipo granero era muy incomodo no cerraba bien y al abrir la puerta de entrada a la habitacion podías ver hacía adentro del baño, el ruido insoportable escuchas absolutamente todo lo que pasa en los pasillos y las habitaciones contiguas así como del exterior no tiene inosonorizacion, la habitacion es muy pequeña como familia de 4 si tuvimos que hacer tetris con las maletas en el area de closet

Great experience!
Pros:

I spent one night while visiting a patient at Northwestern Hospital. The hotel is only one block from the hospital’s Galter/Feinberg complex, and as a single woman it felt very safe walking the area (of course the long summer daylight hours helped).
The hotel staff were super nice, stored my bag all day. Check in was friendly, easy and quick, elevators worked well (and safe — you need a room key to go up).
My room was well appointed, very clean, big enough for what I needed (vintage building, remember), a comfortable king bed, quiet (I was not street-side). The a/c worked well.
The best part — a FANTASTIC walk-in shower!! Great shower head, and although I was on the 8th floor, there was plenty of water pressure and hot water! The rest of the bathroom was small but adequate, and seemed newly renovated.
The highly-rated Nora restaurant is conveniently accessible via the lobby.
Although I wasn’t here for shopping this time, Michigan Ave really is just down the block but seemed a world away. I would definitely book here again!

Excellent staff. Smiling, friendly, personal service. They acted like they really were glad we were there, and they were happy to do what we needed.

Cons:

Very costly parking. It would be nice to have a lower rate since we were staying at the hotel.
