Vergane glorie. Medewerkers kijken amper op. Liften stuk. Kamer oud en muf. Zeer veel herrie van de straat, en vanuit andere kamers.

Cons:

Ancient heating/cooling system with one speed fan that was clunky and loud. No sound dampening windows so street noise was very noticeable. Old pipes that hammered.

Had to move coffee maker to sink to plug in, one elevator out of order during most of my stay, took forever to go down or up to 14th floor

I liked the location because it was within walking distance to the shopping area.

Cons:

It’s minor but can make a big difference. I didn’t like that the touchless sensor in the front 2 doors didn’t work consistently during our stay.
