Please note that the Deluxe Quadruple Room can only be accessed via stairs.

A private parking garage on-site is available upon request; a reservation is required. Price: EUR 25 per day.

Please note that parking in the centre of Bruges is not recommended, as the city is compact and parking time restrictions apply in different zones.

Parking is paid in the city centre from 09:00 til 20:00, and underground car parks are also available at 500 metres from the hotel for EUR 17.10 per day.

A large car park next to Bruges railway station costs EUR 7.10 per day and includes a bus transfer to a park-and-ride area just outside the city centre for 4 persons.

Please note that the Family Room with Private Kitchen is located downstairs and can only be accessed via stairs, while the Triple Room with Canal View is located on the third floor and can also be accessed via stairs.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Nothing to complain about at all

Cons:

While there is limited parking it's only for small cars and mine is a tank - it's probably worth mentioning that there is a decent parking place 500m from the hotel which is reasonably priced.

Very pleased, quiet comfortable hotel just a few minutes walk from the main square.
Pros:

Breakfast was good value for money. Had hot and cold options, plenty of choice.

Lovely hotel in a great location
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. We were on the third floor and our room overlooked the canal and the city, we could even see the Belfry from our room. Absolutely stunning!
For any guests that aren't able to do stairs please note that you can only take the lift to the second floor!
The room was spacious and everything we needed was available to us. Especially appreciative of the air-conditioning as it was 30°+
The hotel was very quiet and we really enjoyed our stay. We'd definitely stay again.

Cons:

The hairdryer might be ready to be changed, once it got too hot it didn't want to start again and you'd have to wait for it to cool down.
The amenities are all present but aren't of high quality which maybe for the cost of the stay I was expecting.

Very nice stay
Pros:

The location was very good. Nice and quiet.
Breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

There wasn’t air con in all of the rooms.
The bar closing at 8pm
