Please note that the Deluxe Quadruple Room can only be accessed via stairs.

A private parking garage on-site is available upon request; a reservation is required. Price: EUR 25 per day.

Please note that parking in the centre of Bruges is not recommended, as the city is compact and parking time restrictions apply in different zones.

Parking is paid in the city centre from 09:00 til 20:00, and underground car parks are also available at 500 metres from the hotel for EUR 17.10 per day.

A large car park next to Bruges railway station costs EUR 7.10 per day and includes a bus transfer to a park-and-ride area just outside the city centre for 4 persons.

Please note that the Family Room with Private Kitchen is located downstairs and can only be accessed via stairs, while the Triple Room with Canal View is located on the third floor and can also be accessed via stairs.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Hotelpersoneel deed zijn best maar het was ook veel te warm om veel te ondernemen in het mooie Brugg

lokatie is prima, redelijk centraal. Badkamer is mooi met inloopdouche, ontbijt was redelijk

Cons:

wat ik echt vreselijk vond dat tegenover de hotelkamer is een appartementengebouw. de mensen daar zitten vanaf half 7 's morgens op het balkon. als je dan het gordijn opendoet en je bent natuurlijk niet aangekleed zit zo'n vent naar je te gluren. hup, snel gordijn dicht maar dan moet je terwijl het dag is het licht aan doen. verder maken ze kabaal tot diep in de nacht. en maar keihard praten en praten. In combinatie met de hitte had ik dus zeer onrustige nachten en heb ik me heel onvrij gevoeld. Ook al heb je wel kleding aan het is gewoon vervelend als mensen naar je zitten te loeren,

Geen airconditioning en Geen koelkastje op de kamer .dit viel mij in deze prijsklasse tegen .voor de rest prima .

Pros:

Mooi, schoon hotel in een charmant pand. Vlakbij de binnenstad maar geen geluidsoverlast. Parkeergelegenheid van Interparking gebruikt, dat was 5 minuutjes lopen. Hotelkamer kwam overeen met de foto’s.

Everyone was super nice, and our stay was really comfortable. I highly recommend it!
Pros:

The room smelled really nice when entering for the 1st time, which was a great welcome. The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of main attractions in Brugge.

Cons:

The cleaning of the shower area could be better. It wasn't horrible, but it could improve. That's the only thing for me.

Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό και πλούσιο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και καθαρό και το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό.
Πολύ καλή η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου, κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία της παλαιάς πόλης.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε κλιματισμό, και το μπάνιο δεν είχε εξαερισμό.

Nice hotel, peaceful in a busy city.
Pros:

It’s clean and well furnished. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. It was quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

Nothing in Bruges is cheap, but still, the prices were a little high for a simple 3 star hotel with a very small room. In the heat of June, it was very hot in the room, despite the fan provided. Also, the shower often overflowed onto the bathroom floor.
