Please note that the Deluxe Quadruple Room can only be accessed via stairs.

A private parking garage on-site is available upon request; a reservation is required. Price: EUR 25 per day.

Please note that parking in the centre of Bruges is not recommended, as the city is compact and parking time restrictions apply in different zones.

Parking is paid in the city centre from 09:00 til 20:00, and underground car parks are also available at 500 metres from the hotel for EUR 17.10 per day.

A large car park next to Bruges railway station costs EUR 7.10 per day and includes a bus transfer to a park-and-ride area just outside the city centre for 4 persons.

Please note that the Family Room with Private Kitchen is located downstairs and can only be accessed via stairs, while the Triple Room with Canal View is located on the third floor and can also be accessed via stairs.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Propreté de la chambre et des espaces communs, équipement de la chambre (bouilloire, cafetière, ventilateur, salle de bain confort et récente), silence de l'établissement, situation de l'hôtel, amabilité des personnels et qualité du petit déjeuner. Rien d'autre à souhaiter c'était parfait pour les deux nuits passées dans votre établissement.

Cons:

L'établissement est dans un bâtiment ancien donc il y a des escaliers... C'est normal et, vraiment, l'établissement a du charme et on s'y sent bien.

Weekend stay over Cactus festival.
Pros:

The location, just north of the main square, was great and pleasantly quiet.
The rooms are basic but very comfortable, clean, spacious and good value for money.
The staff are helpful, friendly and hard working.

Cons:

I prefer a fridge, which wasn't present, (you get what you pay for though and this place is good value) as I travel with meds that need cool storage but there was a cooling tower fan which effectively did the job, placed in front of the chair with meds on the seat - job done!

Pros:

Airco op de kamer, genoeg voorziening van warme dranken

Cons:

Daar er hout constructie was in de kamer zag je nog wel redelijk wat stofwebben. Ook de verwarming in de de badkamer plakte het stof op. Koffiemachine was niet echt proper. Zelf maar even gedaan.

Lovely stay I'll return to!
Pros:

All staff were very welcoming, very quick to respond regarding requests prior to arrival and very helpful. The place was spotless and well maintained. The location is perfect.

Cons:

It would be nice to have more shelves and places to put things in our room/bathroom but not a deal breaker at all!

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits in einer Seitenstraßen etwas weg vom Trubel.
Trotzdem ist man sehr schnell zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelaufen.
Da es zu der Zeit sehr warm war, haben wir im Vorfeld eine E- Mail bekommen, das wir einen Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen, da das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hat.
