Am stat patru nopți în acest hotel și experiența a fost una profund contrastantă.

În primul rând, personalul merită toate laudele — excepțional, profesionist, amabil și mereu disponibil. Interacțiunea cu echipa a fost, fără exagerare, la cel mai înalt nivel și reprezintă singurul aspect cu adevărat pozitiv al sejurului.

Cons:

Din păcate, condițiile camerei au fost complet dezamăgitoare. Deși curățenia a fost ireproșabilă, spațiul este extrem de mic, până la punctul în care deplasarea în cameră este dificilă și incomodă. Baia este foarte îngustă, la fel și dușul, ceea ce face utilizarea lor inconfortabilă. Mobilierul este vechi și nu oferă o senzație plăcută sau de confort.

Un alt aspect major negativ este izolarea fonică inexistentă. Zgomotele din camerele vecine se aud foarte clar, inclusiv conversații și alte activități, ceea ce afectează serios odihna și intimitatea.
