Pros:

The hotel was very clean, and that's what I like mostly in a hotel. The location, too. Though it was not in the center, tram station is in the front of the hotel, and tram 12 takes you directly to Duomo and brings you back again

I had an enjoyable stay in the hotel.
Pros:

The very hospitable staff members, clean environment and accessibility to many interesting places in the city. The hotel is located in a decent and quiet neighborhood

Cons:

A proper dining facility would a lot of good to the hotel's profile and image.

Nada, en absoluto, si había puntaje 0 le ponía cero, una decepción, no andaba el aire, estaba todo sucio el personal era irrespetuoso, vagos, maleducados, nada para rescatar de ese lugar no volvería ni aunque fuera gratis, gratis es caro

Nada, de nada, pero nada, un horror, en vida había estado en un lugar tan feo con gente tan desagradable, me arruinaron las vacaciones, no pude dormir ni una sola noche, sábanas sucia, hacía calor y el aire no andaba y tampoco tuvieron la intención de solucionarlo
