Ottima struttura
Pros:

Albergo comodo, con ampio parcheggio sorvegliato, pulito e con staff gentile. La camera era ampia, la posizione è comoda perchè in centro a Buffalo. Facile da raggiungere ed ottimo punto d'appoggio per chi vuole visitare le cascate del Niagara come nel nostro caso.

Cons:

Siamo stati nel weekend quando gli uffici sono chiusi e nei dintorni non c'era troppa gente in giro e si possono incrociare purtroppo dei senzatetto o persone con problemi. Ad ogni modo la sorveglianza presente sempre all'interno del perimetro dell'albergo garantisce la sicurezza necessaria.

Best hotel stay ever!!!
Pros:

They allowed us to check in 2 hours early which was extremely helpful. After we checked out, they held our baggage for 2 additional hours until we went to the bus station. We were so appreciative of all of this.

We made it thru the night.
Pros:

The staff, the location.

Cons:

The bathrooms are dated. Mildew/mold in multiple bathrooms that I checked. Bathrooms should always be very clean but this was a maintenance issue. The bathrooms caulking was peeling and there was black mildew on multiple places. I asked for another room which staff quickly agreed to but I had to check multiple rooms in order to find a bathroom with the least amount. For the cost of a night I don’t feel I should have to feel uncomfortable using the shower. The price adjustment was not offered to me either

Comfortable, clean stay
Pros:

The facilities were clean. The key card helps gain access to rooms, elevator, and also the doors after 8PM; I appreciated the security. The beds and pillows were comfy. The water pressure was great. The breakfast area had many seating options. Uber services made getting to Terminal B a breeze. The greeting on the TV screen was a nice welcoming touch.

Pros:

Staff was friendly, great location, parking was easy and breakfast was awesome

Cons:

They did have to change our room from the original 1 bedroom king to a 2 bedroom queen without our permission
