Nous avons passé une nuit à l’hôtel Bon Jardín Milano et nous avons été absolument ravis de notre séjour !

Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Le personnel a été parfait avec nous, aux petits soins du début à la fin.

Et quelle belle surprise : nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés dans une chambre grandiose ! Une attention qui nous a vraiment touchés et qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Fantastic hotel for a nice chilled break, we will be be back.
Pros:

The hotel was nicely located to the little town of Elche. Very accommodating towards children, the pool was fantastic, my daughter didn’t want to leave it, was also very relaxed around the pool area with plenty of loungers. Nice snack bar and dinning area too.

Cons:

Whilst food in the restaurant was excellent, I thought choice wasn’t great. Could possibly do with a special changing daily.
Majority of staff were excellent but some of the senior staff weren’t so friendly.

Pros:

Muy buen sitio para pasar unos días, jardín y piscina estupendos para refrescarte y pasar el rato. Habitaciones amplias, y la opción de cambiar las almohadas con el catálogo que ofrecían es un acierto. Tiene varias opciones de aparcamiento y la zona está bastante bien para ir a otros puntos de la ciudad.

Cons:

Las habitación que nos tocó tenía unos cuantos desperfectos en el suelo, pero nada del otro mundo. Y al no estar insonorizadas se escuchan las habitaciones contiguas si el volumen está un poco más alto de lo normal, pero nada que llegue a incomodar.

Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación ya que desde el hotel pudimos visitar todo el centro de elche caminando. También el desayuno buffet muy completo con varios tipos de leche (soja, avena, sin lactosa), productos sin gluten y con buen horario.
Nos dejaron 4 botellas de agua de manera gratuita, suficientes toallas y productos de aseo en el baño, destacando el gel que olía fenomenal. Buen aire acondicionado en la habitación.
El personal de recepción muy amable para hacer el checking.

Cons:

La piscina no es tan grande como parece en las fotos, las tumbonas están ocupadas desde que abre y camas balinesas solo hay dos por lo que ocupadas también. Personas árabes bañándose con ropa sin que la socorrista dijera nada...
Para tener cuatro estrellas algunas instalaciones nos parecieron anticuadas.
La habitación familiar tenía dos camas pequeñas juntas y un sofá cama abierto dejando muy poco espacio en el resto de la habitación.
El precio del café y las bebidas en el bar de la piscina un poco abusivo cuando además tampoco sirven a las mesas.
