我住在這裡，一共六天，每天都睡得很舒服
Pros:

距離環球影城非常近，周圍很多餐廳又有藥房、公車，環境也很好、房間也乾淨、乾爽，也有免費的早餐隨便大家吃，每個員工的服務態度都非常得好，雖然比我之前住的飯店貴一些，但是太值得了 ，房間大、沒有吵雜聲，我非常慶幸我找對了住宿，以後我若來這個城市，一定會來這裡住。

They have a problem with the maintenance. The first room we got, the TV was not working and the air conditioning was not cooling properly. We received another room which seemed to be OK but then the light above the sink stop working.

I would honestly not return.
Pros:

How close it is to Universal Studios.

Cons:

The staff were not polite, the breakfast was not tasty (I've stayed at many Marriott hotels with the same breakfast service type and it was amazing), the hotel overall was 3 out of 10 clean (which I guess is understandable due to high demand) but I did not like that our room was not properly stocked and I had to come to front desk to ask for service which I had already specified "yes" on the app. I also hated they made me pay for water bottles when in other Marriott hotels are always available for me.

Cons:

Fui mal atendido. Fiquei 3h esperando abrirem a porta do meu quarto e quando reclamei fui ameaçado por um funcionário. Booking não me deu suporte e o hotel é uma bagunça.

Uma opção para quem vai eventos em outro hotel próximo ou vai visitar a Universal
Pros:

A localização era muito boa, dava para ir caminhando a pé para os parques da universal e o Citywalk. também é muito bom que o estacionamento é gratis e sempre tinha vaga disponível. Os funcionários eram MUITO atenciosos e resolveram todos os probleminhas que apareceram na estadia (geladeira congelando, sabão liquido não saía e pedido de late checkout). Tem café 24hs na recepção e as funcionárias da copa também eram atenciosas.

Cons:

A academia era muito pequena e só abria às 7:00 o que não possibilitou treinar antes do trabalho. O ar condicionado e o ventilador do banheiro eram muito barulhentos, precisava trocar por aparelhos mais modernos. O café da manhã é simples, mas ok por estar incluído.

Standard Orlando hotel
Pros:

A fairly standard, run-of-the-mill American hotel. The rooms had a slightly musty, damp smell and the location is a bit removed from the more populated tourist areas.

Breakfast was included and consistent each day, with options like waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, coffee, and juice.

The shuttle service to Universal was very useful, especially in the heat during our stay. If you’re up for it, it’s about a 25-minute walk.

The pool was on the smaller side, and security around that area could be improved, as there were instances of people entering through the side gate to access the gym.

Pros:

I enjoyed the cleanliness that was offered at the hotel. The location 5*s. I really appreciated that the room stay was very comfortable, organized, and well kept clean we had no issues. My family enjoyed the breakfast there were options to choose from which is very important as some hotels are limited to what they have to offer and pricing was fair loved our stay overall will definitely plan to come back and stay when we are back in town.
