Pros:

The place is modern and the rooms are clean, the sea view rooms have a pretty view. The reception staff are very friendly and the service is good. I don’t think it’s an overall great value for money though

Gym:
Great space, some machines are quite old but it has a great variety. For a hotel gym it is pretty good and will allow you to get the needed workout for your few days of stay if you don't want to miss them, it is also clean and has towels and sanitizer

Pool:
Pool is at a rooftop with good view, the water was too cold to get in though in the first week of October . I imagine the pool might be pretty small though for peak seasons, but in October it was very empty

Cons:

The breakfast selection is very limited for the price for a 5 stars hotel.
The buffet:
- no sausages, no smoked salmon
- 2 types of yellow cheese that are not high quality
- 2 types of white cheese
- some Foul, falafel
- an omelette station (they taste good) and a manakish station
- there is no yogurts or greek yogurt
- 4 types of fruits
- the bakery section is super limited only a couple of things
- the bread is like 3 types of bread
- coffee is not amazing and the other drink is orange juice no other options

Breakfast Service:
It was our least favorite , 70% of the time the serving plates are empty and still waiting on a refill, even though the selection is very limited
The space of the buffet is also small and when they have several hotel guests at breakfast it becomes really hard to grab food
For people who have been to several 5 stars hotels they would know this is not 5-stars standards, I have been to 4 stars that had better breakfast.

Housekeeping:
One day we went out in the afternoon and asked for the room to be cleaned, we came back at 8 pm and the room was still not cleaned. We had to ask them to clean it at 9 pm, they came and cleaned it well though and added fresh towels
